I've built Shinra, and I have to say that my first draft is incredibly fun to use. That Sacred Peak is nothing short of perfection. I was incredibly excited when I first heard about this mechanic used (read: abused) by the archetype, and I am not disappointed by the full group as it stands now. The Xyz seems rather like a "win-more" card, as I had no interest in bothering to summon it. I don't know if it will ever be fast enough without incorporating goodness like Plaguespreader Zombie + Imperial Iron Wall (to turn in-hand Shinra into whatever you want) but I'm enjoying what it can do.
In another deck, I've been experimenting with Plant Food Chain and Miracle Fertilizer to pull the Princesses from the grave. That lets cards like Malevolent Catastrophe and Double Cyclone clear the way for the Princesses' attacks. (There's a whole suite of cards one could incorporate here, but that's another show.) Chirubime is incredible for getting Princesses out of the deck, and Fragrance Storm (if there's room for it, which probably won't ever happen) could help trigger MariƱa for even more destruction!
I've loved Plants ever since Gigaplant and Lonefire Blossom gave the Type what it needed at the time.

Mmmm if you can, let's see a build for Shinra. I haven't had the time to research on this unique archtype.
Regarding your unique build with Plant Food chain, let's see what you can do =]

Here's what I have. It's moved onto the second draft now, though. The Food Chain deck will be getting more playtime for now, unless I see fit to do otherwise.

I'm going to build this deck and see how it works, however is there a combo list ? I have to research what are the best known combo(s)

I don't partake in organized lists like that. There's surely discussion about them elsewhere online because the Shinra mechanic theoretically offers much room for tech, but I come up with my own interactions to (ab)use. Personally, I feel that the importance of Peak can't be underestimated. The best combo could be to use Peak and Blessing to load the deck, then summon a Shinra to get the loaded monsters' effects right away.

I feel you have a disturbing lack of Spore in that.

For me, the Shinra main doesn't need to be Synchro-themed just because they're all Plants. I built an offshoot that uses more of a Synchro support grouping, though. Time will tell which kind of build proves to be better.

Doesn't need to even be synchro themed, just 1 Spore can open a range of options. The flexibility plants offer is one of the biggest reasons I come back to them. I just see no reason to not include it when it obviously works so well within the Shinra's unique deck style.

I find your lack of spore disturbing...lol
Remember spore can be XYZ material/Same for copy plant.

Spore is a great discard for Peak too.

I've swapped Spore and Talaya (whose ATK will be most useful) in for Tytannial and a Nutrient (a truly painful cut, was this.)

Are you guys mainly going for Lonefire with Nutrient? What do you do when you draw a copy when Lonefire is already in the grave?

Nutrient could get any number of other cards that might be useful, like Blue Rose or Lord Poison.

Well, obviously Nutrient can't get Blue Rose Dragon, but I forget about Lord Poison. I guess there are some big targets for it to grab out of the graveyard. I'll have to look into running it.
