Lately i'm loving Prohibition and Black Horn. They both got some nasty uses.

Current favorites are D.D.Crow, null and void (you want me to play the maxx C challenge? sure, I want to you pay taxes on your free wins, discard ALL DAT SHIT >:3) and having mild success with D.D. ground.

Null and Void doesn't work on Maxx 'C'.
I really like DNA Surgery and DD Crow though like everyone else. great side deck cards.

DNA Surgery/Overworked seem to be the only ones constantly used as a "Staple".
Vanity's is close, but when you consider a good number of decks even main deck copies it's sort of hard to classify.
MST is a staple in general, so it transcends the Side Deck status.
Otherwise, it would seem most things are fair game and have various ratios of use.

Really? how come, unless im reading how void works wrong it makes sense that it would work. Maxx 'C' doesn't draw cards, it just sets up a condition to draw cards in the turn. The drawing in the turn also doesn't start a chain so you wouldn't be able to Null and Void then either.

Okay, this is probably being out of the game for too long on my part, but how can a card with an effect that allows you to draw cards(under conditions) not be the same as say ninjitsu art of alchemy?

If I remember Alchemy's effect correctly the drawing for it is a resolution. Maxx 'C's just puts a condition into play that allows you to draw if that condition is met, Maxx 'C' itself does not directly cause you to draw cards. Alchemy on the other hand does directly draw cards as is stated in it's text.

Finding Light Imprisoning Mirror more useful with all the light attribute decks running about.

Maxx "C", Overworked, Mind Crush, both Mirrors, Soul Drain, and Dust Tornado.
Maxx "C" is probably the most-sided card right now.

Maybe on the "C"
The traps you mentioned seem to be bigger side options for me.

I agree with Maxx "C". Nearly every deck at arg Nashville either ran it in the main deck or sided. I think there was 4-5 in the top 16 that didn't. At arg Charlotte, 13/14 of the 16 decks was either maining or siding it.

It is a card in my side deck pool. I don't mind my opponent special summoning in mass.
9 times out of 10 I am already ready for it.

Okay, so, I'm seeing a lot of people side Fire Formation - Gyoksaoksoisliauyfiudsayf lock down fd s/t thingie.
Why that card over, say, Night Beam?
Night Beam Normal Spell
Target 1 Set Spell/Trap Card your opponent controls; destroy that target. Your opponent cannot activate the targeted card in response to this card's activation.

It would be a continuous spell that helps fuel BFF effects. Night Beam doesn't do that latter part.
