While there are some other cards already revealed by this point, I'm gonna open with a more recently revealed card: www.yugioh-card.com/japan/topics/?20140624Denkou – Sekka Light/Thunder/4/1700/1000 Cannot be Special Summoned. (1) If you control no Set Spell/Trap Cards, neither player can Set Spell/Trap Cards, or activate Set Spell/Trap Cards that are on the field. Hunders and/or Watts are gonna have a field day with this. It was made so Sea Horse can't search it but I think it works wonderfully with Stall/Continuous cards to set up summons and plays. No need to fear Trap cards while this guy is around.

That's too far ahead for me... and I can't believe that we already know a lot from that set...

2 sets in a row, Konami makes archetypes I must build decks for. (Shaddoll, Fantasia, and now Furnimal).

I have to say, that Sekka is looking quite vicious indeed. I'm not sure we've ever seen a card like that which can be summoned so easily!

I have to say, that Sekka is looking quite vicious indeed. I'm not sure we've ever seen a card like that which can be summoned so easily! Arorua thingie? Or Reptilliane Servent? Both easy summon lock cards. However, they have serious drawbacks that destroy themselves. This card does not seem to have a self-destruct drawback.

I'm not talking about summon locks. I'm talking about backrow locks! I think Dark Simorgh's the closest, but that's not as easily summoned as this.

Agree, after reading the card, this one seems more effective especially backed by lots of hand traps.

And/Or, like I said, Continuous Spell/Traps or Field Spells to support it.

Well, Anti-Spell could be nice as a supplement, but only if you can then take advantage of the fact that this combo will leave the opponent with lots of Spells in their hand. I mean, they would still be able to activate Spells with just Sekka on the field, but ASF is what really seals the lock.
