I can see CED (trap) going back to 2. That was an insane hit.

The deck I'm currently playing should make people glad that PoG and Graceful charity are banned. I guess that every deck already does that... at least for pot of greed. Graceful charity... I can think of some decks from the ones that I have/can build that would benefit with it greatly: Agents, Lightsworns, Dark World (it would be so good in here...), Chaos Dragons, Dragon Rulers... and some others that would find some use: Gravekeeper's, Battlin' Boxers, Dragunity, Six Sams (to fuel double-edged sword), Heraldic Beasts... oh, I guess that all of them DW is the reason why we lost Charity in the first place.

I didn't know that. But it is a card that would be used everywhere... and some decks would take monstruous advantage of it.

Which is why it is still on the list. Much like so many things.

I've thought about it some more, and with the abundance of monster effects, it would not be terribly surprising if Cold Wave came off the list. I am well aware of the silly things that card does with an already set-up field, but with Xyz and the Tuners we still have out there, decks do an awful lot without using S/T these days. As alternatives other than what I mentioned earlier in this thread, I could also see Oppression being Limited if Emptiness takes a hit.
I can always wish for Ring of Destruction to come back (as it's more vulnerable than ever now) but I keep coming back to one card now... Wouldn't it be kind of awesome if Exchange of the Spirit could ever leave the Forbidden section? I know that Solitaire-type decks would just abuse it early to cause deckouts, but it would be nice if we could somehow have a format in which that wouldn't be the case. That's a fun card right there.
It's probably going to be some nonsense like Time Seal, though...

Regarding Synchros - Goya ? I most certainly don't wish for DMOC to return.
- If ring of destruction came back "BurnforGame" would be DIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE o,0. At least that is what I think.

In the end, some people would just use Ring for the OTK foolishness that led to its original ban. That much damage at once is something I can understand being very tough to allow, but I wish there could be a way to have that card back.
It's probably much more likely that any other card I mentioned will come off first. So be it, I suppose.

How about Pot of Greed? Generic draw, +1 (not ridiculous considering Sixth Sense is legal...for now).

The staple status of PoG is what is keeping it on the list now imo.

I think they would need to put a lot of draw Spells on the list for me to ever believe they would consider putting Pot of Greed back in play. Like troza said, every deck would use it. Every deck...

And let's not forget the advantage that a guy drawing it in the first turn gets vs a guy that doesn't draw it... and the amazing top deck that the card is... At least you need something else with other draw cards... and they usually don't give you a +1
