Chaos Emperor Dragon o,0 I'm just kidding. From a business perspective BUTTERFLY DAGGER - ELMA [ Noble Knights ] However I highly doubt. Maybe Magician of faith. gearfried is still a thing, made all the easier by spellbooks and monk....

I was thinking along the lines of Noble Knights. But I know the annoying loops that Gearfried can make.

We'll never see Elma again, but I could see Tribe coming back. Sure, it could theoretically create a "Genocide of the Archetypes" format, but let's be reasonable here: That just would not happen anymore. This game has never known more effect negation, and Tribe's ATK leaves it vulnerable these days. All it takes is a simple Veiler or Fiendish Chain to waste the effect entirely. It's a shame that Tribe's not a "once per turn" effect, as that fact alone might be the reason to keep it on the list, along with triple Call of the Haunted making it a great target. Besides, promoting Type diversity within decks would theoretically increase interest in (and, by extension, sales of) Pot of Dichotomy down the line. I want it back, though. I've wanted Tribe to come back for quite a while.
I don't miss Blaster, and I don't think WATER decks will get such a boost as that. DMoC gets its effect when Special Summoned, and banishes itself when it leaves the field. Cards that don't mind being banished are what's going to probably get Return from the Different Dimension banned, so it would be silly to bring that nuisance back!

DMoC also has the added benefit of being a Dark for Escape from the Different Dimension even if Return gets banned.
I also never worried too much about Trish getting dropped against me, but I played Infernity a lot so I loved dropping it against others repeatedly.

It wouldn't surprise me if Konami started giving us the list that the OCG is coming out of. Probably not, but it seems possible. If so, Hellloooooo Trish.

That would piss me off to no end. And would be totally lazy to just hand us the list the OCG is done with.

I would definitely go back to Infernity Synchro decks.

I kind of hope it happens now, haha.

I could definitely see Dustshoot coming back, with Mind Crush being the "Why did they Limit that?!" card of the next list. I think it's the most reasonable one out of maybe three or four cards I could even see coming off the list.

For the reply to sinister. He is a free discard every turn. He turns cards into free cards..not very effective anymore. However..He makes cards break even..some very powerful cards. Lightning Vortex, Phoenix Wing, Raigeki break, Divine Wrath..along with a few others I cannot come up with right now.
Dagger Elma..might be able to come back. We now have enough effect negation to stop one turn exodia decks.

I highly doubt Escape will see massive play for the reason CoTH doesn't see massive play. DMoC or not, Escape is subpar and has very few decks with the competitive make up to get good utility from it.

Sinister Serpent will be busted in any format it is available. I would be outright shocked to ever see that card come back into the game. Dragon Ravine! Free resource building. Neh, not happening.

The thing with Escape is that if DMoC came back there would be invariably be people to use it. Especially since it would make things like MST a minus for the opponent like Sangan/Stratos did with CotH.
