Yeah the artifact cards will do that.

My extra deck and side aren't helping matters.

The hype post-tops also helped propel that price tag up.

Yup, but the extra would have still been ~$300 without those same tops. But yeah, the values on Hands and Sanctums really kicked it in the ass for it's price tag.
Any other ideas for the deck?
Still kinda want to put in another Sanctum and either another Scythe or Moralltach. Ideas for that?

Unsure, my build of Handtrix is running without Artifacts. (I'm crazy, I know)

I saw that, I lucked into getting just about everything I needed/wanted at my Sneak so it wasn't so bad for me.
Something happened with my Vanity's Emptiness and I may not have the replacements I ordered in time for the regional, so I am looking for other possible ideas for the last 2 side deck cards. Right now my idea is the 3rd MST and a Transmigration Prophecy in the side and replace the MST from the main with a Double Cyclone. Thoughts on that or alternate options?

I'd say solid options would be...
Mind Crush, it's good against a Traptrix Myrm opening, good against Bujin, Geargia, Mermail, Fire Fist, etc.
Maybe a Karma Cut or some other trap that tries to Banish just for the inevitable mirror match.
Pair of Shadow-Imprisoning Mirrors.
D.D. Crow
Giant Trap Hole
Banisher of the Radiance
Mirror Force
Veiler
Fiendish Chain
Dust Tornado
?

Mirror Force should really be in the main IMO. Too good not to be. If you are worried about mirror matches why not Prohibition?
Most of the other cards you mentioned sound like solid side deck options.

Most of the other cards you mentioned sound like solid side deck options. Prison > Mirror Force what with the hands running around. The deck needs a way to BANISH them rather then sending them to the graveyard. You're telling him to side PROHIBITION for MIRROR MATCHES? Are you insane? Prohibition stops Ursiel's plays as well remember. Activate by declaring 1 card name. Cards with that name, and their effects, cannot be used. Cards already on the field are not affected (including face-down cards).

considering the meta, it wouldn't hurt if you add maxx c somewhere.

Downside to maxx "C" is that he doesn't have Veiler/Scarecrow/Gorz/Trago/Etc. Also it draws all the hands into your hand.

Prohibition would be epic in a mirror, makes for more inventful side decking options. Plus Urisiel is crazy enough to pull it off.
