This was something that just kinda smacked me in the face yesterday while I was debating on what I would take for the regional at the end of the month. Stemmed from the +1 style of effect that the Hands can do, then remembered that the Traptrix can do different +1 effects too. Got that down and fit in a small Artifact engine.
So far I have played 3 games against Bystander's Cosmic Dragons. Was able to beat them all 3 times. All very grinding games.
First build-
From ^here I tried a Warning over Adhesion Trap Hole, wasn't ever coming in handy (not a pun) when I drew it. Next change dropped the Warning and 2nd Trap Hole for 2 Dimensional Prison. This has been absolutely worth it. Newest Change is I have dropped Atrax #3 for an Artifact Scythe. This has been really nice to like out Xyz plays that could occur, as well as follow-up plays for Soul Charge. The 3rd Artifact monster has also helped when one is drawn so that the second Sanctum isn't dead.
Second build-
Also figured out the best possible thing to do for an opening play. Summon Myrmeleo and search BTH, then set 1 S/T. The set is an Artifact card. This usually can make an opponent think they need to play around the BTH, so they set or try to destroy it.

Now did some changes, didn't like them, changed it again. Wiretap has become a must, also Number 103 is a great thing to have now so traded it in for the Emeral I never used. Dropped Trap Hole entirely, even though there have been some times when it has come in handy. Traptrix Trap Hole Nightmare is just so much better right now. Also dropped the 2 Atrax, they never really helped, for 2 Call of the Haunted. Those help with the lower monster count and let me use Myrmeleo pops and Artifact effects more. Also dropped 2 Xyz Encore in the Side for 2 Debunk.
So with 2 days til the regional I've made hopefully the last change. Realization that the Geargia match is not a good one for me, I've added back Cyber Dragon from my very first build (not pictured). It is a way to get over their set monsters and can Chimeratech a field already set up. Also works with the side decked DNA Surgery to let me do that against any deck.
