Trying something new with Chaos Agent Build.

First off, you need to keep the Darklords separate from the TG Agent deck, here's why. The Darklord deck requires Call of the Haunted and Asmodeus as your engine/facilitators.
Notice how you will never likely summon Superbia in this deck? The decks are two completely different creatures that function in different ways. Other cards you would need for Darklords would be Valhalla and Hecatrice.
As for the TG Agent deck, Tour Bus is potentially better than Dark Resonator, but I'll be fair and say that it could be down to preference. After all, Resonator not only makes the Rank 3 play, but it can also make a Level 6 Synchro play. Albeit, not from TGU's effect which leads us back to Tour Bus since it can help control your Grave for Kristya drops.
The deck looks clustered, but I am taking into account you said you are trying to rebuild it from scratch.

It also lacks some hand traps I would say that 2 T.G. Striker is enough... and I would take out the 3 Darklord Superbia, the new pot... (that's 6 cards) for at least 2 Herald of Orange Light or Effect Veiler or Maxx "C", 1 Gorz, 1 Chaos Sorcerer, 1 Honest and another Kristya (if you go with 2 heralds) or one other chaos sorcerer.

Herald of Orange Light is something to definitely consider, and if you do, possibly upping the count of Kristya and Call of the Haunted comes into play as well.

I wasn't sure i f I should be running 3. What about Agent earth? I used to run 2 back in the day IIRC. I can't believe I missed Herald of the Orange Light and Honest of all things!! Those cards were in the deck before. Should I also consider Veiler as well? Trag is the most likely candidate instead of Gorz, that is to help pitch the Suberbia. The new PoD is going, too many fairys for this to be run effectively. I was going with the synchro play, although I think whether resonator stays or is replaced by TBU depnds on how this thing tests. I probably drop 1 Superbia to get in a Asmodeus. Going to put in 3 CotH into this now. New version should be up by the end of the day.

OP updated. I worked a few things out.
Added Trade-In into this so I can still use Suberbia.

Nothing to say about this now?

There is still ZERO reason to be running Superbia in this deck. Card Troopers, 2nd-3rd Kristya's could work. BTS if you do go with Trooper to help you game one vs Eswarm.

I ran this style of deck on DN back when T.G Agents were dominating. It did very well against many tings.
I am liking this deck a bit more now has a good amount of speed and control.

Here is a quick list for you to mess around with. The side deck area just contains other cards I would test if I were concerned with testing T.G. Agents for the next format. The aim is to make the deck draw more consistently and refining the focus.

Updated the OP. Wondering if I should run this @ 41 to get a Tour Bus in this.

The OP still says this is a rough build still, yet you have changed it a few times. Superbia still needs to come out and I still see no functional reason it should be in here.

Yeah need to change the rough build line.
The extra fairy summon from the grave is still a bad thing to you?

Not necessarily. After all, I did some work with Darklord several formats ago, I just don't like the idea of a random Superbia which will generally only be situationally relevant versus just building a Darklord deck and getting as much value as possible.

OK that is you. But like I said before I did run a deck similar to this back when T.G. Agents were dominating the first time a round, and I am very comfortable using it this way. It is a player preference thing.
Now about the card count going to 41, should I add in the Tour Bus for the extra bit grave control.
