Went back to what i used to have for Chaos Agents a few years back. 2 empty slots in the main deck are for Agent Uranus when it comes in Duelist Advent.

I feel if you're going to leave 2 cards out of deck and work with 38 cards until Advent then you won't be playing this deck until then. Therefore, wait. As new xyz/synchro/whatever could be suggestions for this.

Might not have to wait that long to complete this deck.
Uranus is one of the 2 Duelist Alliance sneak supers in the PRIO DE.
So happy I held myself back from buying anymore of this set until the DE was released.

Okay, well, when you decide to make this an actual deck list let me know and I'll give advice.
As it is, a 38 card deck with such a horrible extra deck (3 rank 4s when you have only 2 level 4s that are almost impossible to get on the field together?) can't be given much advice.
Also, double superbia, great card. But, why not use Soul Charge then to boost his effect? Or maybe more than 2 ways to summon him. (coth)
I ultimately do not understand the majority of choices with the main or extra deck.
