Blue-eyes rulers, flash in the pan or serious contender? discuss.

I think Blue-Eyes Rulers a flash in the pan, may come back depending on what happens in the next format, but just are outdone by Dragunity Rulers and the newer Debris Rulers.
Also have to mention that a lot of current Rulers builds have dropped the single Gold Sarc since Dragon Ravine has just been able to do so much more.

Fair point on sarco but I was simply mentioning key cards.

Now Flamvell Guard and Dragunity Corsesca are more of key monsters for just about any Ruler variant that isn't Dragunity focused. As are Maxx "C" just because the prevalence of the Ruler mirror match that will happen far more often than not in this current format. Whether or not it stays that way after SHSP is legal for play is another matter. I will have to get my Rulers deck posted up here later today. This is my current build, I like the flexibility of it. Just realized the extra shouldn't have the Iron Chain Dragon, a Heliopolis should be there instead. Access to that rank 8 can clear fields for Ruler spam, and Debris has a target in the Mythic Tree Dragon for Queen Dragun plays. I would have 3 Maxx "C" in there over the 2 Veiler but at my locals I have the only Ruler deck and nothing else spams the field the same.

Okay I'll add corsica, guard and trigon (since it is a notable card in this deck) to the opening.

Trigon ?.? how does this work within the deck. Is it Trigon + Drago-Sack yep, that and it's a blaster/debris target. I found it wierd too at first.

Non Aggression Area is a real talking point for the deck. It has momentary value, but may not have sticking power. Thoughts?
Also, here is the combo that makes Trigon kind of a staple for a lot players:

.... I was gone for months, came back now I see freaking Trigon making over powered plays -.-. Ravine needs to get touch in my opinion. That card is too damn good.

And we have another saying Ravine needs a hit. But yes that play is just wrong, ending with 2 Draco on field in turn 1 is hard to beat. Since I went on the side of "not blowing insane amounts of money", when I get the combo going I end with Draco and a #74.

Ancient Fairy Dragon,Dragon Ravine, Dracossack are all likely going to be considered for hits because of Dragon Rulers.

Dragon Ravine needs a hit thanks to Dragunity too. Draco has been kind of needing a hit since last format. I will laugh if Ancient Fairy gets touched though.

Dracossasck is not, and was never, the problem.

Never said it was the problem, just a problem. Multiple Draco is an issue.
