Replace Spell Strikers with Photon Sanctuary.

There is an issue with Photon Sanctuary. It only allows him to summon out light attribute monster the turn you use it.
vanity's Fiend, and the wind lizard can't use them like that.
Since you are using Tribute summoned monsters, March of the monarchs would take the place of all the forbidden cards.

i would suggest forbidden lance, protects from pesky spells.

That is a big maybe. If he gets that March on the field and tribute summon his monsters, his opponent isn't going to be able to touch them.
