There are a lot of things that can be changed, I'll write up on it another time, as it would take a while. I'll include card theory and personal discovery, things that have helped my own stall build greatly. Something that might read a bit like an article, but might make you look at things really differently. I think it could help a ton.
OK, so there are 5 things to consider: Redundancies, Clashes, Furthering, Simplifying, and Cards. Improving in these 5 areas makes your deck better.
Redundancies- Some cards you draw make others redundant, and thus dead draws. For example, if you have Swords of Revealing Light activated, your Mirror Force and Dprison are useless. Similar with other stall-getting 2 Messenger is a waste. you have to reduce this. That way, you get more cards that work for you at any given time.
Clashes- You run 3 Ceiling. However, you run Linx and 2 Golem, Cards that die because of it. 3 monsters/13 monsters in total= 23% of your monsters that die of Ceiling. Major clash. Yes, maybe its OK to kill Golem, but I'll get to that in Furthering while talking about Stealth Bird. Another clash-Golem and PoD can't be used together. Also, look at Messenger and your monsters-Lacooda, Scarabs, and Locust can get hit. There are a lot of lv4 monsters that can go under it, making MoP not work synergetically with the rest. People run a lot of lv4 monsters that can go under it.
Furthering- Cards can be offensive, defensive, or both, like Mirror Force. However, what if your opponent Wiretaps it? No problem, just run Wiretaps, right? WRONG. You rely on it to make use of your own traps, and to stop the opponent using traps that hurt you. What does that mean? It means you're put in a bunch of cards that don't further your game. If it does, like a successfully played Mirror Force, you expended the card and its protection, and run multiples, wasting huge amounts of deck resources. Sure, that is just an isolated case, you say, and what about being Torrentialed, or stopping the other guy's Mirror Force. A lot of protection is needed right? Not quite. I used to have this problem, I recently discovered a way around it, my deck is insanely better because of it. Read more in Simplifying. Think about it- Book of Moon, Breakthrough Skill, Dprison, Mirror- A lot of defensive cards that are just one for ones. You're running too many. Let the monsters do their work. Another thing-For furthering your gamestate, Stealth Bird is a waste. It just minuses LP, giving no advantage whatsoever, allowing the enemy to preserve and gain resources. For burn you have to win FAST. If its not a burn deck, don't run it. All or nothing. Don't run it.
Simplifying- For what purpose do you run the cards you do? To win, obviously, but what is it that causes those specific cards to allow you to win? I mentioned those huge number of defensive cards-just simplify. My Body As A Shield. Yes. It is so good that I gave it bold, even though it isn't a topic. Say it again. Buy it and buy a safe for it. Purchase a house for it. It is that good. Why? It simplifies. This is the problem I used to have-What if my opponent uses X? I have to negate it! What if Y? That's a threat too, or I'll lose. Exciton, Dark Hole, that Hieratic XYZ thing that kills off a ton of stuff, Mirror Force...I need to defend myself from them. Effects, Spells, Traps, that's a lot. Well, look at it the OTHER way around- I just have to protect my monsters. MBAAS does that. Sure, it won't stop Fiendish, Breakthrough, BoM, but it stops all the huge threats. So, all those defensive cards like Wiretap, BTH,BoM,CED, maybe Warning even, and stuff- You don't need ALL that. Another thing- You run a lot of traps that do the work of ridding opponent's monsters. Let the monsters do it and simplify, taking out those traps for stall or something better. That way, your deck runs more synergetically. You run too many cards that serve the same purpose, with their flaws with the rest of the deck, which can be simplified. Let's take a look in Cards.
Cards- You can have sound theory, but you need the best cards to put it in action- A Ferrari won't run on bad fuel. I won't get too much into fixes and specific numbers, just advice. Lava&Sentry Golem combo- Sentry is alright for big threats, bad against swarmers. Sentry relies on Golem for the reuse combo- are you sure you want to run too many combos? It works as standalone too I suppose. BUT. These days, XYZ and Synchro monsters get their effects off 1st turn, so it won't be good against major threats. Black Horn of Heaven often does the trick. It is better. Also, they need stall to function-they are not standalone. Which is fine, but if your opponent got his effect off, you've missed the train. The Lava Golem is meant to take out "insurmountable" things, so OK. But Black Horn needs a place, I think. Stealth Bird-NO. Locust & Scarab-I think you run too little Scarabs. Linx- it is better than Lacooda. Deck out problem? Hmm, well, maybe. Find the right ratio. 2 Linx, 0 Lacooda? 3 and 3? 1 and one? best ratio is needed. I've gone over the Spell and Traps generally. Maybe run Wall of Revealing Light, I like it. Steelcage? Chainable stall?
Anyways, good luck.
