I have never played the deck, but interested in how it works since I have never faced a decent crystal beast deck.

I got a chance to test it and I've already made some significant changes to it. At this moment the new version can keep up with my Dark Creator Zombies quite well.
A typical run is that it gets Sapphire Pegasus to the field as soon as possible Either by drawing it, Crystal Release or Crystal Beacon. The rest of the deck is taking advantage of Pegasus as much as possible.
You'll want, preferably at least, 2 Pegasus on the back row and somehow special summoning a Ruby Carbuncle. From this point on you can go for Scrap Dragon if you have Mist Valley Soldier, or Lightning Chidori. Cobalt Eagle works with this as well, while also allowing for Zerofyne. Basically, their great field advantage allows for easy (ab)use of Abundance.
The deck basically has so many options on how to deal with the opponent, but it does require some setup.

How does it deal with very aggro decks because I noticed the amount of backrow you have is very little.

I'd look into decking a lone mammoth, cause well he's good defense, barring that you REALLY could use lightning chidori in here.
barring that: -1 beacon -1-2 blessing -1 abundance -2 release
+2 ayers rock sunrise +1 vanaties emptiness(falcon abuse) +1-2 call of the haunted(falcon abuse

It's done well against a friend's Six Samurai, and I've always pictures six sams to be as aggro as it gets. Basically, it's extremely resilient. If your opponent clears your field, it's now probably in your backrow. If you let it get full, you probably have Rainbow Ruins out and Ruby Carbuncle in your backrow. Otherwise you have Crysta Beacon to get one from the deck or Crystal Promise if you have one in the back row. Basically, you want to bounce back and go straight to Xyz/synchro summoning to take out whatever he used against you.
I do have Lightning Chidori. Sadly, I only own one, but I'm ordering a second one in the near future.
Drawing both Vanity's Emptyiness and Falcon at the same time seems quite unlikely.
How is CotH Falcon abuse? I see its general usefulness, but not specifically with Falcon.
Give how much this deck relies on Synchro summoning and Xyz summoning in addition to Rare Value, more Crystal Beasts than I care to admit end in the grave, so are you sure on -2, or -any, Blessings?
I'll try -1 Release to begin with, but adding in the Releases and Phantom Horns is what made this deck stable.

I'm not seeing a Mist Valley Falcon in here... Now, say there was, Falcon can abuse CotH by bouncing it after summoning a CB. Of course, that would destroy the CB, but fortunately for you, that just means you have it in the backrow instead.

I thought I seen falcon listed under maleific cyber end? Strangely now I' see it's mist valley soldier, so perhaps I was over tired and misread it. @.@
if that's the case -1-2 mist valley soldier for mist valley falcon.
K:even 1 chidori for now should bee a huge boon, with so many wind LV4 plays it'll be a synch to play. Blessing should be less of an issue with coth decked when you consider peggy/carby off coth+ falcon bouncing it generates +1-4? on the play. At very worst it moves you into a chidori/R4 play faster than blessing. emptiness would be more for you to respond to spam,BUT getting it with falcon should be game breaking flip it to stop the opponent, attack with facon, bounce it back MP2 make chidori/101/50/39/ect... R4 to shut them down/beat them down/burn them then set vanaties and flip it as needed next turn.

I do have Chidori! XD I'm ordering a 2nd one next time I'm ordering cards I'll probably do a third at some future date. The reason I use Soldier is for the ability to summon Scrap Dragon, which is quite great with Scrap Dragon, and it can be rammed into dangerous enemies, usually Xyz/Synchros, if they become too dangerous. Its other benefits I can see it getting with Falcon. Also, it does need the setup of drawing both at the same time, and CotH takes up a space on the back row. I will get some Falcons and try them out, but I am very skeptical. I will admit that with Falcon Vanity's Emptiness becomes more reliable, but at the numbers you suggested there will be between 2 and 3 targets for it. R4?

Scrap Dragon would be a little weaker now due to Artifacts and Hands found around often enough.

"Artifacts" involve Monsters that can be set to the backrow as a Spell ala Toy Magician etc., and Spell/Trap cards that help set them there/summon them. Being destroyed on their opponent's turn allows them to SS themselves from the GY. If they are SS'd during their opponent's turn, things happen, most commonly they pop a face-up card without targeting it.
"Hands" refer to Ice Hand and Fire Hands. When these are destroyed by their opponent (they can miss timing), they can destroy a Spell/Trap (Ice) or a Monster (Fire) card their opponent controls and then summon the other Hand.
In other words, it's kind of dangerous to be popping things by effects these days.

Basically, don't use Scrap Dragon when facing those. It's not really a requirement to summon it, so I'll be careful about using it.
Are those dedicated decks or tech?
EDIT: Also,
-1 Abundance, +1 Summoner Monk
Don't have Ayers rocks yet to replace for the other suggestions.
