It should be a rather obvious fact, that I am a QD (Quickdraw Synchron) player.
I was first introduced to the deck in the era of Quickdraw Dandywarrior, which used Dandylion and Quickdraw to bring out Drill Warrior and cycle Dandylion and other cards so that they always had tokens and synchro plays while sometimes swinging for 1200 per turn since Drill Warrior couldn't really be blocked.
I've always enjoyed Drill Warrior especially due to his incredibly unique set of effects.
He can halve his attack to attack directly.
And he can discard a card and banish himself until your standby phase, at which point he comes back and gives you a pick of any monster in your graveyard. Both effects can be anywhere from an annoyance, to game ending. My love of QD, and my local's dying attendance ended up prompting me to go searching online for help with my deck, as back then I was one of the worst players you had never met. I ended up finding a forum called TCGPlayer and, since I wanted help with Quickdraw, I made my username my favourite monster from the deck. Drill Warrior.
I've tinkered on and off with the deck ever since, but never had too much luck. One thing I've always wanted to build was Psychic Quickdraw, I felt they'd go well together with floaters and synchro plays. But I found them lacking in good Level 1 monsters for Quickdraw, and also lacking a level 1 tuner themselves as Mind Master was banned. So I tinkered a bit, but never really got the deck working to my standards. I'd also tried (of course) QD with Darksea/Tuningware, an engine that BurnForGame is very familiar with. And I'd also tried Psychics with what BurnForGame dubbed the "Darksea Framework" (De-Syncrho, Tuningware, Darksea Rescue). However, what I hadn't tried was combining Quickdraw, Psychics, AND the Darksea Framework.
So adding the Darksea Framework gave me my level 1 Non-Tuners, and the release of Re-Cover gave me my level 1 tuner.
So this is what I came up with. It's a bit clunky at the moment, and I don't know how it wants to play yet, so the extra is a bit whacky. But I think it has a lot of potential.
