Hurray for Kuribandit! A big problem I've seen with Atlanteans is being able to reliably fill the grave and have Call. Kuribandit solves both of those issues. While it doesn't trigger their effects (wouldn't that be AMAZING?!), it gives so much consistency to the deck. Same with Soul Charge, although it's annoying to run. I know a few people have played Atlanteans before, so I'm looking for any suggestions.

My style of playing the deck has a very different approach. Personally, pure Atlanteans are tough to justify and make consistent. I took one aspect of the deck, its boss monster, and focused on that. Hence, my preferred build involves Frogs and Slushy. I should probably look into trying both Kuribandit and Genex Undine myself though, looks fun... but this isn't about my deck.
Consider the following ideas: - Tidal, Dragon Ruler of Waterfalls (triggers Atlanteans, pair with Poseidra for Rank 7s) - Dragon Ice (triggers Atlanteans, pairs with Controllers for LV8 Synchros) - Creature Swap, Enemy Controller (as great as Call of the Atlanteans is, you can't do much after the SS, so capitalize by doing monster control) - Mobius the Mega Monarch (like above, you might as well make the most out of Call's summons, and this is a nice and big one) - Moulinglacia the Elemental Lord (you have some gy control via Call and Poseidra, though personally this is better with Frogs where there is a greater amount of control on gy counts) - Trap Stun (great way to make pushes and can help "guarantee" Poseidra's bounce effect if you can get that off) - Pot of Dichotomy (Machine, Aqua, Sea Serpent, Fiend and any Extra deck you can whip out, also refills an Undine) - Skill Drain (interestingly, this doesn't really hurt the deck as much. Most resolve in the gy, at least their better effects, and this also makes every Undine leave the Controller in the deck for the next one) - Skill Prisoner (protect against Veiler, doesn't care if milled)
Extra: - Number 49: Fortune Tune (stall, LP gain, refill Kuri, Tridon, Marksman) - Leo, the Keeper of the Sacred Tree (Controller + Poseidra)

Tidal - I forgot he could summon from me discard, but I really don't enjoy banishing my things in the grave. Will try but he seems slightly unsynergistic.
Dragon Ice - No room for this, doesn't really help when Call is already tricky to trigger correctly.
Swap/ECon - Both good suggestion, but I have no idea what I would drop, as you can see it's a tight deck.
MegaMonarch - I think LaDD would be better than this in terms of other bossmonsters, especially with Artifacts everywhere.
Elemental Lord - Not a fan of these generally, even with the GY manipulation I have, he seems like he wouldn't be live consistently.
Trap Stun/Skill Drain/Skill Prisoner - These are excellent side deck options, I'll fill them in ASAP.

Do you find 3 Posidria inconsistent/not needed? You could cut one to drop it to 40 cards.

I actually find 3 required if anything. It's the beef of the deck and I've actually had isues with dumping it at times. T'is the problem with random milling.

I'm not sure what Surface provides your deck with. Infantry for an extra summon, Rank 2 or some Synchro plays? Sea Serpent to pair up for Tridon?
You may be better off turning those slots into Creature Swap or Enemy Controller.
