Went 4-1 at the local, round one losing to random anti-meta (which my store is known for), beat Sylvans 2-0 in top 8, then unfortunately lost to Hieratic Ruler 0-2 in top 4 (both games were ridiculously close). The deck worked fine, it just came down to shitty luck. Last night through today, it seems like the Universe got bored and decided to give me a hard time. -_-

I played this variant in devpro....The game 3 where I drew badly, I pretty much could not take waves and waves of monster swarming....

Basically the guy made very good usage of lumina and the assassin. Although I blackrose the guy, he was still able to summon enough monsters to do it. In addition, there were multiples copies of JD in hand.
