PRE-DUEA POST DUEA Notes: Jeweled RDA is regular RDA until release. Lightsworn Sanctuary may go into the side deck (possibly the main), depending on it's effect. Until we get Felice, Wulf will be used in her place. All constructive feedback is greatly appreciated. Song I was listening to when perfecting this build can be found here.

Thoughts on ancient sacred wyvern? I kwow you pay LP, but honestly it's an OTK that you do have the option fir very early on CONSISTENTLY.
barring that, I want to suggest something like warrior returning alive over an M.rei, but even with 7+ warriors I'm unsure if it's truly a better fit.

Surpised you are not trying to fit Kuribandit into the main on this too. Pretty much a great way to get cards into the grave.

My big opening plays are Raiden (which is a mill 4 by itself) or Lumina+Garoth (mill 5, chance to draw up to 2). Not to mention deck space is tight as is.

Been trying Rainbow Kuriboh in place of Gardna. I really like it. Also, cut Zenmaines for Crimson Blader (might end up being another lv8 synchro, depending on testing).

Major updates. Decided to go the Chaos route until such a time I decide pure LS is optimal again (completely depends on the forbidden list, Lightsworn Sanctuary's effect, and whatever else we might get as support for the Archetype in DUEA). Rota was useful, but ultimately ended up being dead a lot of the time, despite the recycle. Dropped Torrential and Dark Hole because I have more than enough removal. Skill Prisoner and Lance play major defensive roles in the deck. If I have both to go along with JD, I win. Decided to go with Felice alone instead of Wulf and Felice to cut down dead hand/draw scenarios. So far, it's been one of the better choices I have made.
Before someone brings it up, I did play around with the Ruler variant. It's complete and utter shit. It's explosive, yes, but it's horribly inconsistent. Most of the time, I ended up one Lightsworn monster short of JD drop, or a Dragon Ruler short of going off. Or opening with a handful of dragons and nothing to mill. Or drawing into Wyvern when all of my targets have been banished. You can see where this is going. It's a miracle that anyone can win with that, especially in a backrow heavy meta.

Updated. Third Kuribandit was pretty much a dead card mid-late game. Trying Aurkus in the main deck again. When I drop Wulf for Felice, Foolish goes with it. Yes, it still sets up Lumina plays, but drawing it mid-late game is not very helpful most of the time. Not to mention Foolish Burial isn't exactly a card worth getting off of Kuribandit. So, Dark Hole is in the Post DUEA build.

Each time a card(s) is sent from your Deck to the Graveyard, place 1 Shine Counter on this card. If a "Lightsworn" card(s) you control would be destroyed by a card effect, you can remove 2 Shine Counters from your side of the field for each of those "Lightsworn" card(s) instead.
