This looks like a deck that would really want to be at 40, just to maximize how quickly you see the prohibiting cards. Really the only thing I could see getting dropped is the lone Night Assailant. Just because its not likely you will ever get its discard effect, and Snowman Eater looks like it will do the same job but better since it has a higher defense.

Attempting to create soft-locks in game with Morphing Jar in the deck? You know my first suggestion. And it has a feel of too many Monsters as well.
