I decided to make a machine deck that worked similar to my Aliens. Its... Unique. XD The main focus of the deck is to make trade-offs until you can wear them down.
Monsters: 16 Mechanicalchaser x3 Photon Thrasher x3 Black Salvo x3 Summoner Monk x2 Karakuri Watchdog x2 Masked Chameleon x1 Rescue Rabbit x1 Thunder King Rai-Oh x1
Spells: 14 MST x3 POD x3 Iron Call x2 Forbidden Lance x2 Allure of Darkness x1 Reinforcement of the Army x1 Dark Hole x1 Limiter Removal x1
Traps: 10 Mirror Force x2 Dimensional Prison x2 Fiendish Chain x2 Torrential Tribute x1 Compulsory Evacuation Device x1 Bottomless Trap Hole x1 Solemn Warning x1
Extra: 15 Star Eater Crimson Blader Scrap Dragon Stardust Spark Dragon Black Rose Dragon Karakuri Shogun Burie x3 King of the Feral Imps Gear Gigant X #50 Blackship of Corn Maestroke the Symphony Djinn Lavalval Chain x2 Gagaga Cowboy
I kinda want to fit BLS in here, but can't really think of any way to accommodate him.

If you are interested in shoe horning Chaos into the deck, there was a deck about 2-3 formats ago called Salvo Rabbit that was a Normal Machine Chaos deck. You run the three Mech'Chasers already, the Lights (in the original) came from Effect Veiler and X-Head Cannon. Tour Guide to three will help facilitate this as long as you are running Gold Sarc as well.

I'll have to try it out, it sounds a tad more consistent than mine.

I'm going to look through my computers since I am sure that on at least one of them I have a regional topping version. While it will be formats old, it will give you a skeleton to pull from.

That'd be great! This is an interesting deck. How well does it play? Are fiendish chain good this format? If it gets going, it plays amazingly. Quite often, though, I end up not able to get Shogun/Star Eater out fast enough. =/ Because of this I don't feel that it can hold its own against many of the more competitive decks. I don't feel that Fiendish Chain is any worse off this format than the last. Whether its the best choice is yet to be determined, with Artifacts coming out it may be better to use Breakthrough Skill to negate an effect and then deal with Durandal if need be.

I will definitely try out the Tour Guides, other than that it doesn't seem much of that decklist is useful since its outdated. I'm also not sure whether or not I want to focus on Leviair and recycling Rabbit. It seems more consistent to use only use Rabbit once and use the space from X-Head for other support cards. Eg, sticking with Thrashers.

Oh, well it wasn't meant to be copied, just as an idea of what a successful variation of the deck looks like for getting/developing ideas for an updated version. The TGU/Gold Sarc comment was made in case you were to want to try with the Head Cannons since again that was how the original played. I haven't thought about this deck since it became defunct in the manner it was created, but if I had to guess how I would start; I actually don't know since the deck is going to be much different.

Blackwings is a change in direction, lol, but I would definitely suggest running Fiendish Chain in BDubs. It's been testing well, as Chain has been for most decks that will/should run it in the start of the format. It's not going to be good versus Mermail, but generally everything else.

I've had some luck using Fiendish Chain against Mermails, you just have to know when to use it. That said, being able to recycle it with Gol'gar is probably the only reason that works for me.

It's never a case of when to "know how to use it", unless you just get it wrong, it's a case if the game plays out and lets you use it to more than average results. Chain underperforms, as it always has, against Mermail over the course of a tourny.
