Hmm, not sure I like it without the utility of the LS's. Plus controlling the mills isn't really the natural progression/style of Chaos Dragon; they generally just want cards in grave ASAP to get big.

See I've come to a point in the game where I am tired of mindless decks, and looking at my old chaos dragon deck it ended up being just that. Yoh also made a comment back when on TCGplayer about Chaos Dragons that made me decide to try changing the way the deck plays to some degree. I've found that this set up has been working well so far. I have determined that Tri-Horned is often more valuable in most situations than Hunter, and trade in more valuable than Upstart. The way this build plays out seems more efficient to me as well. I can often get my big plays going more easily and not sit and hope my next mill doesn't screw me totally.

Well, just to put this out there since you seem to lack a bit of understanding on how deck's function when they are built a certain way: A deck that is centered around milling, much like Chaos Dragon, doesn't care about milling. You have to place different values on cards that you normally feel are clutch cards in another deck, since those cards act differently for a deck like this. But if being different for different's sake is what you are aiming for, that is cool as well. I just can't offer much there. While I do like creative decks, I never put form over function, since after all, it is still my goal to win, and/or at least see the idea do what I want it do to best of it's ability.
