You should try some Wonder Wands or Forbidden Lances to force Maiden's effect.

Well, just keep in mind that smart players play smart and will wait to address a situation correctly versus just playing turn by turn attacking and activating without thought of the consequences/benefits. You need to be able to force things to happen in this situations.

G1nz0 is right you know, if you don't address your situations carefully it could end up costing you the game because a lot of players will not just attack MwEoB knowing what's coming next they'll use a non-targeting effect to get her out of the way. You also need to cut back on your spells a little and add a few more monsters such as some Normal Dragons to use in combo with Dragon Shrine and WSOL because just by using it to send BEWD to the graveyard your just slowing down your Deck, using it with a Normal and a WSOL will make your Deck 3 cards thinner in 1 move and get you a BEWD for Trade-In. You also need cards like Red-Eyes Wyvern to summon REDMD from the graveyard, and One for One to bring out MwEoB faster. As for you Extra Deck you will need more than just Azure-Eyes, Thunder End Dragon and Number 09 are easily summoned in a Deck like this. Here's something that may help:
