It refuels my spell stall, cursed seal and allows me to reuse her over and over.

Well then. That's different! Triple Tsukuyomi seems like incredible overkill to me here. Why bother with that when you only need one or two (at most, if Jar has to hit one) to get Faith rolling? You only have two Flip Effects to reuse. I feel that one copy should be another Heat Wave to further control the proceedings. I'd hope you're not just using a set to help justify Allure...
Also, what's with the Nobleman pair, and why do you have Shard instead of something like Worm Linx? I don't understand those choices. What do you aim to gain there?

Tsukuyomi can shut down kill effects. removing cards that cannot be easily killed. gives me a reason to main nobleman of xout. It can reuse my monsters, can dodge their veiler on one of my mini monsters.
The shard is not a monster space. I dont want monster hands. I am trying to find space for 1-2 linx..and maybe cardcar.
The nobleman's remove options. I love them.

Tsukuyomi won't allow you to dodge Veiler unless of course you just mean flipping a Veilered Monster back face-down after the fact.

Yes, that is what I mean.

With triple Needle Ceiling, Cardcar's probably a better idea than Linx. I know you said you don't want monster hands, but if you're set on triple Tsukuyomi, the only cards I'd advise dropping for Cardcar are a Cursed Seal or Mirror Force.
