...try and get a handle on this Basically, the deck will just explode using searchable and abusable pieces. One of the main plays is as follows Open/Draw into Summoner Monk/Hysteric Sign + Terraforming/Divine Wind -Activate Divine Wind/Terraforming to get it on the field -Summoner Monk dropping Sign for Blastfan search Birdman -Birdman Bounce Blastfan, summon Dancer from deck -Monk/Birdman for AFD, destroy Divine Wind search another (and activate) -SS Blastfan, Bounce Dancer summon Channeler -Channeler discard Dancer summon Harpie's Pet Dragon -Channeler/Blastfan into Chain -AFD/Harpie Pet Dragon into Dracossack -Chain effect, detatch, dump Tempest -Remove Blastfan/Dancer summon Tempest -Detatch 1 for Dracossack ^Opening turn Draco/Chain/Tempest and 3 more Harpies in hand for next turn. When Temoest returns to hand for Divine Wind, it activates Divine Wind in opponent's end phase summoning Dancer, for another abusable Dancer play for Wind, Summoning Darkspear/Shaman for AFD. Dancer is also hilarious for variations of this with Double Monk openings, bouncing for Darkspear ss from deck, grab Channeler into Channeler into Harpies/Tempest double Dracossack. What this deck probably needs more of are; 1-2 more Harpie Target/Sign More draw/search Might want to use Tengu Quill Pen of Gulldos, just not sure of it. Thoughts?

While I question the actual functionality of this deck,I'll ask why no Mist Valley Thunderlord? It seems like a much more reliable source of return than one-of's of Birdman and Blastfan. Three Pet Dragon makes me cringe a bit. Cute idea, though.

Three Pet Dragon makes me cringe a bit. Cute idea, though. Probably because I don't use any non-tuner Mist Valley monsters. The Blastfan/Birdman is stingy, it doesn't always work. Three Pet Dragon is phenomenal one day, shitty the next. Probably will en up dropping down a copy and adding something else. Which is why I was curious about running Quill over most of the cards in the deck to recycle and continue playing.

Elegant Egotist doesn't do anything for this deck since you can't grab either of the 2 harpies you're running with it. I'd drop that that and a Pet dragon or 2 for Pot of Duality or Tengus like you wanted.

Late, but damn it still. I knew when me and JerkJerk were working on this that ego looked funny, but I could not figure out why (late night building FTW).

In a way, that would then reduce the effectiveness of Hysteric Sign, but I guess now that you've basically gotten at least 7 slots free now (due to upcoming F&L list), you can fit in some Harpies perhaps? Then again, with Divine Wind going to 1, the deck strategy probably comes apart, and would have to turn into something else.

At least not in this form. It'll be less Divine Wind and more regular-ish Harpies. Harpie-7s can still happen, and now it can be one of the main decks that summon Rank 7s (Mermail is the other main, more consistent one). Level 4 Harpies can also still be a thing.

I might tech a Divine Wind in a Harpie deck, maybe.
Idk.
Been building regular Harpies.

Yeah, that's what I meant. Strictly in regards to this deck in particular. Harpies are a good call at the start of the format at least......like a lot decks, lol. I might tech a Divine Wind in a Harpie deck, maybe. Idk. Been building regular Harpies. I have never played Divine Wind in competitive Harpies until this upcoming list. Before, Dragon support made the gimmicky version of Divine Harpies worthless to play, but now without it, Divine Wind seems to be delivering a nice tech'ability. I'd go with the one Divine Wind to start the format since it gives you tricks, nothing important, just dance moves in general, and then watch how the format evolves.
