Well... any deck that uses tuners and an army of synchro will be able to use it... or the fusion decks...

Oh gods yes. 1 Raigeki 2 Dark Hole 1 Snatch Steal 2 Goyo gonna be part of a lot of my decks. My BWs just get better looking. 3 Gale is Awesome. Too bad no real help for heroes although 3 tengu could be interesting for them. I like the look of this format.
