Hi there. I'm currently trying to see what is a good price to sell Glow-Up Bulb and I was thinking if the card would be good in the future. Why? If there is something that will make this card better, I guess that the price will go up even with a reprint on LC5ds. And that's when I decided to see what was the Shaddoll earth fusion: yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/El_Shaddoll_ShekhinagaI'm making this thread to get a confirmation that Shaddoll Fusion when the opponent has an extra-deck monster to make this monster is just... wow... You use the fusion spell to send Glow-Up Bulb and one Shaddoll from the deck to the graveyard... you get this guy and the shaddoll effect... now you can special summon Glow-Up Bulb... and if you send another shaddoll to the graveyard, that's another Shaddoll effect. Then you can synchro summon Star Eater and get the fusion spell back or you can use Glow-Up Bulb with other Shaddoll monster to get another effect and you end up with this Shaddoll fusion and a synchro monster. First question: am I missing something about the play? Second question: is this good enough to make Glow-Up Bulb a must in a shaddoll deck? Finally, a bit off topic: is there any strategy that will be able to become meta just because of Glow-Up Bulb?

It'll definitely be a thing. That sequence of plays is in itself one of the reasons it can be used effectively in Shaddolls

People are saying that the deck already runs Mathematician and it won't need Glow-up bulb...
When talking about the economic part of the card... should I try to sell it now before the expected reprint or should I wait to see it becoming a must in shaddolls (if it ever becomes it)?

GUB won't be a "must" to that extent, but it would be highly experimented with. I can't offer you advice regarding moving/selling it though.

But you can tell what would you do And... is there any other strategy that will benefic from it? I guess that lightsworns and dragon rulers will have a use for this card And Sylvans, no?

My mind didn't go to LS.
D.Rulers I can see using it. Sylvans would benefit hard from this. Any deck using the plant engine will make it worth running.
Yoh already put this into his Hero Kid Deck. It opened up a path to quasar for him.

I guess that GUB is back for that reason... it makes quasar more available

It makes the plant engine more whole. All we need is PoA back to really make it run.

The old LS strategy using Bulb was with PSZ and Wulf. Topdeck the Wulf for PSZ, and mill it with GUB. You can do the same with Felis now, but of course you would have 3 Tuners instead (but you do have Felis effect to still do too).
