Hells yes.
Raigeki back to 1. totally did not see this coming back @ all. Gives me hope we could see PoG or HFD back.
Fuck now I need to buy up more copies of this for my advanced format decks!!
I called Soul Charge and BW gale coming over form the OCG list.
Super poly I figured on a hit.
Gorz to 2, with raigeki back yeah we are going to need this.
RotA to 3. Sams just just a little bit better. So much search.
Formula to 3, is epic. My Yang Zing extra just go a shot in the arm.
Only thing on this list I am not liking is the return of FF to tier one and Fire kings could be tier one too.

Glow-Up Bulb with Unlimited Formula is interesting. Honestly, there won't be enough room in Extras for that, so I completely understand Formula finally coming off. Even my Darksea Framework decks won't be able to fit three! Infernity Archfiend belongs right there on the list. That was a great (albeit, perhaps unnecessary-at-this-time) move.
The hits to Super Poly (yes!!) and Soul Charge are nothing short of healthy. I don't mind either move one bit. However, Raigeki is just strange. I understand that a lot of monsters in the meta don't mind being destroyed, but does that really mean it's okay to have a card like Raigeki back? I am not sure about that one, as it seems unnaturally balanced toward the status quo if the major current top decks don't mind it but a lot of everything else does. Time will tell.
I will like Gale coming up to two only if it doesn't mean Blackwings will actually make a comeback this time. I have never supported what that deck does. Gorz is a card that I'm not sure even needs to be on the list anymore, honestly. That may finally happen next time, since they seem to be going in stages lately (see 3/4 of the newly-Unlimited list).
And then, there's Ceasefire. I'm telling you right now, Tellar Burn might just stick around on the strength of that and triple RotA. Those are no small changes. Speaking of RotA, I worry that this will throw Samurai back into the mix. They now have an unnatural amount of Spell-based search power. I dislike Samurai at least as much as I do BW, so that idea's not sitting well with me.
I shrug at Wolfbark for now because the FIRE Doll Fusion shall soon say hello, but with Super Poly Limited, that will be an interesting interaction... if the old FIRE staple decks are even able to compete with the DUEA meta.
I expect to like this new format as much as I have enjoyed the end of the current one. Raigeki, though... Wow.

Raigeki has to be a move against Stellarknights.
Swarm deck control and you can play it the turn your draw it instead of waiting a turn like TT. Plus it only hurts your opponent. Unlike TT and Dark Hole.
Gorz is another anti swarm card since it your opponent has to becareful with attack enmasse on empty fields.
Formula to 3 is inetersting. Yang zing could potnetially do it and so cna your darksea frames, but I think with CotH @3 we really don't need to go that far.
And now I have to rethink the plant engine type decks with GuB off the list.

Now we have Torrential, Dark hole, and Raigeki...im scared.
Fire fists will make a comeback. Gorz is more relevant now at 2..meaning less otks.
Rota is just for the NK deck coming out. They are trying to hype it.
GuB will revive the plant decks..so expect that to come. It also allow alot of other decks some versatility.

Konami doens't want serach spells limited anymore. That is the driving force behind RotA coming off.
I mentioned this before with Raigeki TT, and Hole around Starlight Road/THRiO have to be mained.

I really, really wished they would hit Vanity's, Skill Drain, and Summoner's Art. Next list, I guess. Overall, pretty happy with the list. Going to play test all weekend.

I am so happy to see raigeki off. I've been holding on to a LOB Super Rare, and use it from time to time when playing traditional. So glad I can main deck it now, if for no other reason nostalgia.
I would like to put glowup bulb in my sylvan deck, but it' expensive and I'd rather work on BA.
Will probably add another gorz in my chaos dragons.
Looks like I can put soul charge in more of my decks now.

Really Skill Drain in Qlipoths doesn't stop FF Bear or Gorilla. Their effects resolve in the graveyard, Qlipoths can't do shit to stop this. Same thing can be said for FK.
Their only hope is to get out Killer fast, and pray it isn't negated by Warning.
Might stop Wolfbark for awhile but they catch anyone with no way to stop that opposing player is screwed.

+1 FF will likely be the only semblance of tier 1 in terms of that archetype. And even then, it'll just be the new Sat Knight deck of a quad based format. WHich is still unlikely. Look for the deck to pick up steam during Q-tip.deck era.
For now though, it makes a very strong anti-meta deck with all the necessary components to play through a field of Dolls, Abyss and Knights.
On a lighter note, Konami managed to nerf Soul Charge and yet keep Sylvan a Quasar silly deck. Just poor choices imo.
Raigeki will be fine. A little sacky, but at the same time, fields are getting too easy to establish too quickly. Solves part of the power creep instead of just throwing back Heavy Storm to promote smaller backrow and extension fear to be sacked. Honestly, after so long without it, in this type of game, Heavy Storm is unhealthy. Raigeki, surprisingly, can promote less field stacking. Between Hole, TT, and Raigeki, it's a relatively solid holy trinity for today's game.
I like most other things on the list. Especially Trans Mod. One of my favourite disruption cards. Also double Gorz, triple RotA (Because all search cards that don't promote unhealthy speed engines like CotLB does is good for the game)
So, Ceasefire. So apparently time is that much of an issue. Also... yeah same lines of thought as Raigeki but without destroying a field and instead making Soul Charge an automatic losing play >50% of the time. Not bad, will get trolly quickly. I agree with BFG, I will be testing SatBurn.
And yeah. Floodgates should have without a doubt been on this list. Both Mirrors, Gozen, Vanity's and Rivalry all should have received a semi or more. Wait til Noble "Bujin" Knights with Merlin start sitting on Kaisers with a turn 1 Rank 4 backed by stupid amounts of Equips. Yeah, and you guys thought Bujins were bad enough. Just wait, it'll be the ultimate format to display FLoodgate Madness. I.E. Oppression DAD formats. Remember yet?

For me: I bought 2 glow-up bulbs some time ago, ultimate 1st edition: guess who is selling one to pay them both and get me some money? Yay. My Raigeki from LOB is back into action: oh yeeeeaaaaah!! I'm glad that I still have 2 secret gorz and one ghost... My agent deck will still be shinny and all I have to do is take out one Trag (the ultra) for one Gorz  No tour guide in the list, that's actually good. No Vanity's emptiness is not that nice but that is the reason why I sold my for 25€ this night |

I mixed Bear and Gorllia up with other cards. Still FF decks are going to become annoying again, cause I know several players who kept their builds just in case wolfbark ever went to 2. |
