Really like this version of the deck, and it has nice tech choices.

This decks best play now includes a same turn Exciton and Ophion with Pandemic ready. Still not liking the deck now with so many decks not relying on larger monsters to SS.

Is Steelswarm a fair discussion point here? Or is too different to be worth it?
Steelswarms get a bit of a leg up thanks to the resurging Monarch support, though Steelies don't really play well with most other Tribute Summon related strategies.

I really wish the steelswarms tribute monsters weren't so costly to play. I find they minus themselves too hard.
I really like the idea of some of them and the direction they were pushing to go in.

I can kickstart some Steelswarm topics with some ideas:
- Masked Chameleon? - Druids for Rank 4 (Key Beetle notably) - use of Monarch support? - Illusory Snatcher - What Evilswarm stuff to use? Kerykeion is almost a guarantee at 3, Castor too. Heliotrope? Mandragora? - Scouts vs Cell builds? - Main Steelswarm Tributes are the LV 6 and 7. Ratios? Others to try?

I honestly feel like Steelswarm and Evilswarm should have their own threads. Since the strategies have such a huge difference.

i think you could try dropping rescue rabbits. From many of the tournament coverages, many people lose because of the top deck rabbit.

That risk is inherent with the idea of being able to drop a 1-card Ophion.
If anything, I'm tinkering with what other members of the Evilswarm family works in this day and age.

problem with evilswarms right now are that people aren't summoning huge beaters at much. They are focus on smallers monsters 4 stars and lower with strong monster removal effects.

Last I heard though, Artifacts need to be summoned to do things. They are all Level 5 monsters. That's one spot for its relevance.
Another one is their ability to make 1-card or quick 2-card Rank 4s, and their plethora of effects should you choose to use the uncommon members of the Evilswarm family. Remember Exciton is part of this group, so he can be used in a a variety of ways himself. Don't forget that field-wide Spell/Trap protection. With the deck's ability to plop several monsters at once, attacking for game all at once is a very real thing.

its true artifacts are level 5, but not everyone will be using them. Still have to take into account decks like geargias....those annoying little vechicles.
