Penguin Bandit WATER Level:3 Aqua/Spirit/Effect ATK:1100 / DEF:1900
Cannot be Special Summoned. During the End Phase of the turn that this card is Normal Summoned or flipped face-up: Banish it. If this card is Normal Summoned or flipped face-up, you can: Banish 1 WATER monster in your Graveyard and target 1 Monster on the Field; Banish that target. If this card is Banished, you can; Banish 1 Water Monster in your Graveyard, and then, if you do, Return this card to your Hand. You can only activate each effect of "Penguin Bandit" once per turn.

How did you resist naming it Penguin Dude with a picture like that Still, this card practically becomes a once per turn Caius in a frog deck, which sounds a bit overboard for me. It's cost is practically negated in SeaLancer frogs.

This is really cool. High cost to keep the waters cycling for it though.

It's 2 water monsters per turn to keep it going. Swap frog can get that into the grave per turn and SeaLancer can then recycle them.

Yes, but that does require having Swap Frog, and having Sea Lancer. It's a card that if you open too many of too early in the game can really clog. Really, really strong mid to late game though.

I run frogs, and the main reason I run 3 Swap frogs and 3 Dupe frogs is to maximize my odds of getting Swap Frog asap. Sea Lancer makes it better, it doesn't make or break it.
