We want to actually make use of the concept of a community team, want to know how interested the members are, what we should do with it and how to best utilize it as a functioning entity for the community.

Quite simple. I'd say we make a team, and we use it to fight other teams on DN. This allows us to play competitively and also to promote our site. If we do well and people have a large interest in joining our team, we can make a TCGR2 team.

See, we had the team. Had sign-ups, constant announcements for it.At the end of the day, nobody seemed to notice or want to join.
Want to take hold of said project? All you would need is Staff Approval and go for it.

If we do well and people have a large interest in joining our team, we can make a TCGR2 team. ^This, at the very least! I'm all for it. Secondly, it can't be stressed enough that once that main site is up and running, we'll theoretically be able to grow and utilize a larger community much more effectively. I know that is a work in progress, but it must be recognized that we'll only go so far without it. We lost TCGplayer without notice, and that's just too many people to try and get back without a "new home" that is labeled as such. Once that site goes up, we can try to express that it is meant to be a new version of that, or however it needs to be said in order for random TCG people to A) come across it and B) spread the word that it's back.

Word of mouth does travel well. The real objective is getting people to stay.

So, I have 2, maybe 3 people interested? Let's say we get 5 and we can start planning out some Team TCGRev stuff.

I already mentioned I'll be a 5th until otherwise in chat. We'll set up some sort of Duel Team on DN, do some duels, recruit, shoot the shit. All that fun stuff. Perhaps expand the idea beyond just a dueling team.
Members who signed up, please send me via PM some availability so we can meet next week and discuss some preliminary stuff. Should have this up and running next week.

All you would need is Staff Approval and go for it. I can take hold of it and, be "team captain" IF YOU WANT. I have some experience with it and know people who do. I also very much enjoy stuff like this so it would be a good way for me to help out. Also it gives me more competitive play, which if anyone has been noticing my love of tournaments, I need.

Get in touch with him, set up some sort of game plan for the meeting (PM me available times next week) and we'll discuss roles and activity needed.
