I feel Shadow Mist might arguably be better than Stratos soooo I don't think we need to complain too much.

Stratos makes most HERO builds consistent. I find Light Turbo build to be consistent enough without Stratos. doesn't that deter konami from bring stratos back? But why did they ban it in the first place, i wonder....

To stop the D-Draw engine that is why the banned it in the first place. They always hated that draw engine.

D-Draw was @3 before Stratos went off IIRC.
Hopefully Startos comes off in the next few lists. be a real shame not to have him when the HERO structre drops in the TCG.

is it possible that konami forgets things and do not take certain cards off the forbidden section?

is it possible that konami forgets things and do not take certain cards off the forbidden section? .....no. They just are a bit derpy and ban things like Stratos rather than just hitting the D-Draw engine itself.

assuming konami does the banlist on the basis on making a profit, how has making D-draw at 3 made them a profit?

assuming konami does the banlist on the basis on making a profit, how has making D-draw at 3 made them a profit? It hasn't. If it's for profit, banning stratos will help push the HERO deck, but TCG isn't getting it for a while.

Profit was motive, but since the D-Draw engine is doing shit now, and HERO decks seem to have lost all popularity here in the TCG (save a couple member here in on TCGR), it is safe to say we could Stratos come off.
If D-Draw becomes an issue again, just hit the spell. No need to hit Mali or Stratos.

whatever motive it has, either it is not very clear, logical or goes through long term i feel.
