Forbidden: Return From The Different Dimension (Everyone knows why) Sixth Sense (Too good to be legal)
Limited: Tempest, Dragon Ruler of Storms (Because this deck needs to die already) Blaster, Dragon Ruler of Infernos (Because this deck needs to die already) Tidal, Dragon Ruler of Waterfalls (Because this deck needs to die already) Redox, Dragon Ruler of Boulders (Because this deck needs to die already) Number 66: Master Key Beetle (Beetle lock is ridiculous) Vanity's Emptiness (Card is OP, becoming staple) Safe Zone (Beetle Lock is ridiculous)
Everything else is fine where it is.

Well... I guess that in a format like this we really must see what all other decks can do without the dragons around. I would say that, for now, Return doesn't need to be banned if the dragons are limited. It just becomes too slow. As far as I know (and I can be wrong) there isn't another deck that banishes cards like the dragons... and we can all remember that we didn't use that card in agents (for instante) and that deck banned a lot of cards...

But it could be used in Agents if Rulers get hit as hard as everyone wants. It could then become a top pick for being able to steal wins using 1 card.

As long as the degenerate cards like Return and Sixth Sense get hit, I don't care as usual. I just play their game and get it.

It wasn't before and the deck doesn't have more ways to banish cards. Unless a version based on Dimensional Alchemist, Sactuary and Jupiter would be used... then we will have lots of cards banished... still... not that nonesense of the dragons as they banish 2 for a summon, they will banish synchros, tuners, big bosses... everything... agents will banish agents and Hyperion banishes some lights, BLS and Chaos Sorcerer some lights and some darks... This is nothing compared to dragons. On the other hand... chaos dragons might do a better use of that card...

Decks change as the formats do. You can't compare what they have done to what they will do. Chaos Dragons have always been an opportunity to abuse that card.
