Sixth Sense?
Maiden isn't really good, and nobody runs more than 1 world generally anyway because drawing it sucks.

Too many hits. Spellbooks aren't relevant at the moment, by the way.

Limit big dragons, F$ck the little ones (they can stay where they are or go back to 3 for all I care) m Maiden? Are you still sore about her? She's the first bit of decent support for that archetype in YEARS. go get some preparation H for that butt-hurt and deal with spellbooks instead if you're so worried about BEWD abuse coming from her. (in all seriousness, it's a pointless hit, so why do it, please explain.) unlimiting krystia and ARA is just asking to give perfect herald a perfect orgasam all-over the next 4 months......way too good for that deck, IMO they get 3 of one or the other and 1 of the opposite, or 2 of each but not 3-3.

The Blue-Eyes variant of spellbooks isn't even that good. Just saying...

Trying to channel my inner Konami fuckery. all I see is the bold =_= .It does seem like something they would do randomly, but I just doubt it, since the trend is let the structures cards stay online (fish people get hated on cause they fucked mermaids to become a giant gyre of murderous,merlantian-mother fuckers)

But you have to remember that Dragoons got hit and its a structure card. Maiden could be taken the same way, as a preemptive hit against what Konami believes will rise in power/popularity.

maiden seldom gets bewd on her own (via the battle effect) usually people trigger her with a 3rd card (book of moon, compulse, veiler ect) to get blue eyes. Unlike dragoons and the babies who triggers with ease in their own deck, maiden is a far more passive card.

Foolish Burial was a structure deck card, etc. Seems like a bad argument.

I don't have a solid argument for maiden beyond pointing out have every deck using it has it as a supplementary nature, rather than a primary function. dragoons was what you went for in mermail-atlantian, and it makes sense why. it's a card that grants aggression for aggression.

Why did you choose BLS-EotB there? I mean... the card is good and, with the new lightsworn cards and noble Knights, might be too good in some decks but I don't see that happening.
Limit the dragons... why limit and not semi-limit to try to finish the Dragons as a deck but give them to be the supporters on others? I'm asking not cause I don't agree but I'm curious to read the answer.
I don't agree with pot of avarice... with the new secret out there, why would they give us this card back?
And Maiden of the Eyes of Blue... I know that she isn't that sexy, but I guess that she isn't that ugly for us to not want that around.

What Maiden does bring to the table though is a change in tempo. Unless the opponent has one of the few answers to here that are commonly played she slows the game down until she can be dealt with. She also eats multiple resources if the opponent can't handle her properly. She may not create backbreaking combos like Dragoons did, but she does alter how the game is played when she hits field.

Not saying its a bad thing, I'm saying that its something that could warrant a hit on her. Maybe not this next format unless other hits see that deck able to become a dominating force.
