Banned: Reasoning a digging card that could easily be the fuel for D.Rulers to remain around)
Sixth Sense Return from a Different Dimension (these two are pretty much self explanatory)
Limited: Monster Reborn (lets face it the game needs a necessary evil and this card is it. Konami has banned it, brought it back, banned it, brought it back, and banned it, it is coming back again) Sacred Sword of Seven Stars (kill the ability to repeatedly use D.Ruler effects, and they become hard to use even as tool box cards) Number 11: Big Eye (There are decks out that can abuse it, once D.Rulers are dealt with, this card needs to to be put where it belongs) Abyss-Sphere (Abysslinde @1 alone does nothing when this card @ 3 can search for it and anything else repeatedly) Mermail Abysslinde (needs to be dealt with).
Semi-Limited: Compulsory Evacuation Device (this card @ 1 sucks it needs to be put @2). Thunder King Rai-Oh (too many searcher spells/effects this needs to be back @ 2)
Unlimited: T.G. Striker (only card I can see coming off the list, I don't see any of the Spell/Traps coming off)

I find your lack of Dragon Rulers on this list disturbing.

I seriously don't think Konami is going to hit the big rulers. There are too many other things that should be hit before hand.
Reasoning might be another card that might go back up to limited or be banned if Konami wants to kill the D.Ruler decks.

Reasoning might be another card that might go back up to limited or be banned if Konami wants to kill the D.Ruler decks. 21 of the top 32 decks at a recent YCS were all Dragon Rulers. How can they NOT hit the deck, when that kind of thing is commonplace?

They should definitely be hitting something that makes the deck good, just interested in seeing what that will be.

I am not saying Konami won't touch the deck, hell I want ruler builds out of advanced format myself, I am saying they won't touch the big Dragon Rulers themselves. Got a feeling Reasoning might take a hit too. That card can allow you to dig through and discard a bunch of cards. Can summon a Ruler and load your grave @ the same time.

Hey I am still scratching my head over a once per turn effect getting a field spell banned. I know it can set up the grave, but seriously you would need 1-2 rulers in the hand to really make use of the effect.

Yeah, Dragon Ravine was a victim of standing too close to a group of cards getting hit with a nuke.
