Welp, its the season for people to gulp which cards will be hit.
Forbidden: Sixth Sense (Let's be honest, it was legal to play here just to sell LC04, no other valid reason exist for this move on the TCG) Return from the Different Dimension (Basically, Dragon Rulers already completed their year of dominance, its time to move onward)
Unbanned (for those who ask what I mean with this, is cards that will come back as limited) I can only think in two candidates. Monster Reborn and Heavy Storm (Gravekeepers look like they'll dominate the meta next format, so...) And Magician of Faith and Pot of Avarice as VERY loose choices.
Limited All 4 Dragon Rulers: While I would love this to happen, Konami are going to be idiots and just semi-limit them at best. Point is, they already fulfilled their cycle. Number 11: Big Eye (There's a reason why the OCG has him limited, so, let's just move him there) Mermail Abysslinde (Personally, I don't like the card, even if you're limited to once per turn use, and bring in a Level 7 monster from the Deck by literally no cost... yeah...)
Semi-Limited Compulsory Evacuation Device: I've been thinking, yeah, Konami is looking to stop the "problem solvers",but I think they might return this card, Torrential OR Bottomless at 2. (I see Compulsory as the best one here). Thunder King Rai-Oh: Its possible. It might be one of the best anti meta cards to return, as Mistake isn't fit for every Deck as it looks like.
No longer on the list: Mirror Force: Possibly, the only one I could see here unlimited.

I agree with you on Thunder King Rai-Oh but he won't fit in the same decks that Mistake doesn't fit and he is better. I would love to see that but (I will soung like HHH) that is not what is best for business. They want a secret rare to sell... why would they just get TKRO back?

I don't think so. Mistake is a secret, but due to the fact not every Deck can run it (simply because you can't get rid of them unlike Rai-Oh. True, Rai-Oh isn't for every Deck either, but its fairly a bit more splashable in other Decks). That's why Mistake is being sold currently in less than 20.

I agree totally on the bans.
The very loose choices for unbanning are just that, very loose. PoA has become way too good in the game now (plus it has been replaced with Pot of Dictomy). MoF has lost a lot of its power spell targets, but because of this loss there is no reason to have it come back @ all. I sooner say Monster Reborn is the next card to be unbanned.
But I can tell you, I just don't see Konami limiting the dragons. I see Konami limiting Sacred Swords of the Seven Stars first. I see Konami hurting the chances of getting off their effects repeatedly every turn first. Lets face it with out the necessary support running D.Rulers in any deck is incredibly hard.
Number 11 limited is a good thing. It does deserve the spot, Mermails and Prophecy priestess builds could potentially spam this card.
Rai-oh is a possibility. Not every deck can run it.
CED needs to be semid, that is the other card I see moving down a notch.

Cards that are only being played as a one-of don't make sense as a limit. So, if you are wanting Big Eye touched it's Forbidden or nothing.

But I am still of the mind that the list should be equal on both sides of the game. I am cool with a few minor differences, but not this craziness that Konami has inflicted on us.

Are you talking about the new list? It hasn't changed that much really. Not as much as the last list.

Since an OCG player won Worlds with a Dragon deck, I would say they know. Especially since it was the best version of Dragons.

yeah lets see how annoyed they get when it wins everything over there for an entire another format.
