Your monster lineup is too light. You have to build this keeping in mind that Shaddolls are the unholy lovechild of Lightsworn and Heroes. Testing will prove or disprove this. FYI HERO decks can function very well with a 10 monster lineup.

FYI HERO decks can function very well with a 10 monster lineup. Whereas LS averages 23-28. I've done testing for this deck, here is the optimal (Pre-Next Challengers) build I've been using: 21 2 beast 2 lizard 2 dragon 3 hedgehog 3 falcon 2 kuribandit 2 necro gardna 1 rainbow kuriboh 3 veiler 1 bls-eotb 10 1 allure 3 fusion 1 super poly 1 book 1 dark hole 1 foolish 2 mst 9 2 roots 2 shadows 1 compulsory 1 bottomless 1 torrential 1 warning 1 phoenix wing

I am not liking veiler in this much since you might be using it for fusion material for the Light Shaddoll fusion.
I never seen the need for more than one roots even in my earlier builds for this deck. With the way other decks special summon it will be too easy to fusion summon from the deck using shaddoll fusion.

It will be even better when it allows you to use EGrystal without changing your monster lineup. Also, Roots+veiler makes for a quick easy Leo. Another point. Why would you not use Beelze in this?

I have no doubts about recursion. Right now I want to try out this version of the build. Beelze was an oversight on my part. I will fix it the next time I am on DN.

Anytime you want testing, I have a few decks to test.

Working possibly getting a second roots into this.
dropped the Facing the darkness for Veilers. More targets for deck fusion, lv 1 tuner for Leo.

Makes sense. A 2nd roots would improve consistency of veiler into leo as well.

Just don't know what to drop for the 2nd roots.

Not really sure. I'd swap the Mirror Forces for Prisons though what with Hands running about.

I will consider it.
But remember Dolls be coming out well after the next format is up. We have no idea what Konami will do to the hand decks buy then, or whether they are relevant by the time thus set drops.

Have you tested Sephylon yet? It is overwhelmingly effective in this deck.
Build I am testing at the moment:
21 3 beast 2 lizard 2 dragon 3 hedgehog 3 falcon 2 kuribandit 2 sephylon 1 rainbow kuriboh 2 veiler 1 bls-eotb
10 1 allure 3 fusion 1 super poly 1 book 1 dark hole 1 foolish 2 mst
9 2 roots 2 breakthrough 1 compulsory 1 bottomless 1 torrential 1 warning 1 phoenix wing

Sephylon looks cool, but with the monster lineup I am running right now room for even 1 copy is going to be insanely tight.
I am still trying to get a second root into the deck.
