Also he's running 2x HERO LIVES so that makes C39 plays more likely. Down to 2k or less (Pretty common) play HERO LIVES, 4500 damage result from C39. Winning plays right there. How are you finding the consistency of this deck? I've been considering rebuilding HEROS in some form or another, but consistency issues stop me every time. I love that you're bringing back the Team Rocket parody. Consistency is fine due to 3 Ecall, it's missing more reusable resources than consistency.

Okay, so you stated a core fact of YGO. Cards being easy to stop if the opponent reads them. And are acting like people are going to be MORE responsive to C39 then they are to Tornado. In BOTH cases, if the opponent sees miracle/xyz play coming and have the cards to respond. They will. You act like since it is C39 it is more probable to draw a response. That seems very illogical to me.
Unsure if how I worded this makes sense. If you need me to clarify/change wording so you can see what I'm saying. Let me know.

Thoughts on:
Super Polymerization (main decking) The Warrior Returning Alive Skill Drain (main or sided)
Also, welcome to the forums!

I prefer to see if Super Poly is needed in a matchup before having it in, Why WRA? Skill Drain would be nice for the side, but then I have issues getting over boss monsters, as mine are generally weaker without effs.

Topdeck WRA with no cards hand/field? Bubbledraw is always fun.
But you did say
WRA does although you to reuse resources such as Bubbleman/PhotonThraser (ATK, SS themselves) and to a lesser extend Alius (you don't have Gemini spark so it isn't as good a target IMO)

Super Poly can be used in any matchup, and as a 1-of tech in the main, it shouldn't end up dead all too often. This way, in case some monster pops up that you can't deal with in battle, you force it to join you. It can also be a Battle Phase trick to end games out of nowhere.
