[Dragon in the Shadows]

I use to call this deck Crystallon (real geology term) and later Crystallion (made up combination of crystal and battalion).  Both seem out dated and I'm struggling to come up with a new name. Speaking of which I have not updated this for the new format and mostly use it for fun. There is a bit of OTK potential, but no one takes Gem-Knights seriously so I just use it against friends.  Nevertheless I plan on updating it soon.

You should be running volcanic shell and Thunder Dragon for one, two you should be running rescue rabbit and maybe box of friends

Well, I plan to swap Sakuretsu Armor with Dimensional Prison. When I do it'll be down to 40.

All good suggestions, but as I said I'm only use this deck for casual play between friends. Purist Gem-Knights is simply more fun and challenging. But should I decide to get competitive with this deck I will go with most of those suggestions.
