So, with +1 Fire Fists constantly coming up as the end format deck, and Planter Ruler shenanigans being in existence, I figured there was something more to this than just purity. I figured, you could make use of both in a deck that already can utilize the +1 plays and Planter at the same time.

So, essentially this deck plays like the latest Harpie deck to win a major tournament (San Paolo, Brazil) combining some more tricks in order to maintain the +1-3 engine through such cards as Harpie's Hunting Ground, Safe Zone, Hysteric Sign, Chidori among others. It effectively punishes the opponent for blindly throwing out Mystical Space Typhoons and keeps field advantage at almost all times. This is also where Magic Planter comes in. Magic Planter with Safe Zone is an already widely know play, and in Hieratic Rulers it is not uncommon to see this used in conjunction with Hieratic Seal of the Ashes. In this deck, it almost exclusively to remove Hysteric Party for more advantage after massive XYZ plays. Or to simply utilize floating Fiendish Chains as chump blockers for setting up more advantage with more plays.
Then, add in Reckless Greed, you know have half the deck either searching other cards, drawing other cards, and accessing the core of the deck in a far more efficient manner than the standard Cardcar D/Upstart/Reckless, and providing even more destruction plays, utilizing mini T-Roar shenanigans as an attack blocker, a destruction option, or an effect blocker. Redundancy is key.
Duality over Upstart is a tricky one. Duality fixes draws, Upstart is merely filler. I want to utilize the most options I can with 40 cards. Duality, in my opinion (In a deck that can grind and explode) is better here.
Cards I am considering Main Decking;
Cardcar D for obvious +1 implications
3rd Planter for more redundancy
Vanity's Emptiness for more Planter Targets/Lockdown
Book of Moon for secondary defense and getting over otherwise stupidly big options
Side Deck ... Need some help here. The deck potentially has a STUN potential for transforming esque siding. Also, it can reduce one aspect for more control, optimize the OTK in game 2 in various situations, etc.
Thoughts/Suggestions?
