A Powerful and effective Cyber Dragon Deck I've built using 1 of my Old Meta templates. With the release of the Cyber Dragon Revolution Structure Deck, this Deck wasn't too difficult too build.
3x Cyber Dragon 3x Cyber Dragon Core 2x Cyber Dragon Drei 2x Cyber Dragon Zwei 2x Cyber Eltanin Honest (Good Battle Support) Jinzo (Trap Shutdown, and easy to Summon) 2x The Light - Hex-Sealed Fusion (Easy access to Cyber Twin and Cyber End Dragon) 2x Vylon Tetra (Access to Synchro Cards, plus protects Monsters from destruction)
3x Cyber Repair Plant De-Fusion (Emergency Card for when using Power Bond) 3x Evolution Burst (Upgraded MST, lets me destroy any card) Foolish Burial (Combo with Cyber Dragon Core) Limiter Removal 2x Overload Fusion 2x Power Bond Super Polymerization (Good in combo with DNA Surgery and Chimeratech Overdragon)
Compulsory Evacuation Device 2x Cyber Shadow Gardna (Easily searched with Cyber Dragon Core, and provides battle protection) 2x Dimensional Prison 2x DNA Surgery (Helps with Chimeratech's) Solemn Warning
Extra Deck
Chimeratech Fortress Dragon Chimeratech Overdragon 3x Cyber End Dragon 3x Cyber Twin Dragon 2x Powered Inzektron (Stops the negative effects of Limiter Removal and Power Bond) Constellar Pleiades 2x Cyber Dragon Nova 2x Shark Fortress

Looks pretty good. I'm not a fan of The Light since there are so many monsters in a Cyber deck that can become Cyber Dragon, but to each his own. To be honest I see a few combos I'm gonna try in my own Cyber deck when I get around to updating it for the new format, namely that Foolish/Core combo. Also gonna try Fortress in the Extra deck, do not know why I didn't think of that myself.

Thanks m8. To be honest until Cyber Dragon Core was introduced I would of thought the same thing about using The Light - Hex-Sealed Fusion because it would of only got me Cyber Twin Dragon. However by Special Summoning Cyber Dragon, next by using Cyber Dragon Core's effect to summon another Cyber Dragon/Cyber Dragon Zwei/Cyber Dragon Drei, I can Normal Summon The Light - Hex-Sealed Fusion to reach Cyber End Dragon.
Like you said because there are so many cards that can become Cyber Dragon that's why I like to use Evolution Burst over MST because it doesn't limit me to S/T cards.
The Foolish/Core combo is brilliant for getting strategies set up, also I would recommend Fortress Dragon and in combo with DNA Surgery you can clear your opponent's field for a possible OTK.

Pretty typical CyDra deck.
DNA surgery works well. Especially for the field clearing big swing with fortress, only issue is that you got to watch out for effect negation. That will end any fortress play real fast.
MST > Evolution Burst. Yes burst can target any card, but you have to play it on your turn. MST can be chained to cards like Tenki or Hysteric Sign and completely shut down plays like that. Plus Burst requires you to have a face up CyDra on the field, which is easy enough to do with this deck, but it takes away from attacking that turn.
Why no Machine Duplication? Use it on Core and you can bring out 2 of the CyDras to the field.

DNA Surgery does work well when taking a big swing with Fortress, or Overdragon and Super Polymerization. I do agree on the effect negation problems but it all depends on the opponent's Deck.
TBH I'd rather give up the Quick-Play of MST to be able to go after any card with Evolution Burst. Although it needs a Cyber Dragon to use it and it stops it from attacking, the Cyber Dragon I'll have used to activate Evolution Burst will be fusing into something bigger and not bound by Evolution Burst's effect.
Machine Duplication never crossed my mind TBQH. At the time of constructing the deck there was so much going through my head it never came to me.

Pretty sweet play especially if you are going to fuse.
Need to drop 1 copy of Machine Dupe out of my deck and run a second Power Bond.

Have you thought of Lumenize? I've been using it in all my Light decks and it's been working pretty well.

That Lumenize card does look pretty sweet, and it is considerable. However I've got a 50/50 choice looming over me, because I see the amazing strategy Lumenize has to offer this Deck, on the other hand I only see myself powering up Cyber Dragon/Core/Drei/Zwei and no doubt on the turn after I've activated Lumenize I'll want to fuse the Cyber's into something else. However with Lumenize being looked at as another Honest, I'll probably Side Deck it.

Been looking for a decent trap to go into this deck. Lumenize looks pretty interesting. Can help protect Core.
