If you are trying to go for Chaos HEROs might want to consider redoing your monsters lineup.
Just focus on light and dark attributes.
Sparkman is good but if you are not running multiple King of the Swamp and a dedicated extra to the sparkman fusions, it is not worth it. Drop the other vanillas, rabbit, TGU and the Gagagas. You are running too many things and this can cause your hand to get cloggy.
I would run x3 Alius. If you like Noble knights, Gawyan is the best card to go with, and Photon Thrasher wouldn't hurt either. Those are great Light attributes. (After PRIO comes out Thrasher can be removed for Dawn Knight)
For the Dark Attributes the D-HERO engine is the best place to start (x3 Mali, x2-3 Fear Monger, x1-2 Dasher, x3 Destiny Draw). Also be needing x3 Armageddon Knight to get things kick started.
Be able to utilize The Shinning, Escuaridao, and the Vision HERO fusions better with that deck. I wouldn't try going for the synchro option in Chaos HEROs. Besides BLS-Eotb you should be packing 1-2 Chaos Sorc and a DAD into this. They are great in deck obss monsters to have.
Extra deck should look like:
2 The Shining
2 Escuaridao
1 Nova
1 Tornado
1 Zero
1 Gaia
1 Adoration
1 Trinity
1 Stardust Dragon
1 Lavalval Chain
1 Number 101/Abyss Dweller
1 Gagaga Cowboy
1 Starliege Paladynamo/Number 50
Skyscraper is not needed. E-Emergency call should be run @ 2-3 copies. RUM Barian force can be dropped. You only have 1 monster that can really make use of it. Fusion Gate should be @2, maybe a terraforming to search it out. PoD also needs to be @ 2. Need 1 more MST, a pair of Gemini Spark. Dark Hole and Foolish burial are automatic additions.
Time Machine and Cylinder can be dropped. I never liked multiple copies of Mirror Force, but i would try for a second D.Prison as well. I would look into a pair of CoTH to round out the trap lineup.

I would say no, your focus is fusions, if you try to also fit in RUM cards you will probably have conflicts.
