Thats a pretty good idea, and I'll probably cut Cyber Phoenix since more often than not, I dont use it anyway. Also debating fitting more HERO fusions for use with super Poly

That will limit your extra deck space. With no way to banish HEROs, I am not sure you will get the most out of the E-HERO The Shining effects. You do have a lot of light which makes sense for The Shining, but I try to make use out f Nova Master. Playing off of the number in your extra. @ least with that you get extra draws when it takes out a monster.
Also I only seen the need to use 1 Cyber network in this type of deck. Until the Cyber Fusion Support spell, comes along.

I tend to use network in irritating ways... especially when I do main Overload Fusion and Chimeratech

Overload fusion is interesting.
Still I think Fusion Gate would better in here. @ least The Shining can be used fully.
