Just picked up Nurses the other day (they were still crazy expensive, what was I thinking?), and this build is something I would've probably come to. Aside from One Outta Three (which I also guessed would be basically extra Gift Cards), I can even try this build now and let you know how it runs (if I get around to building it).

Yah, the One Outta Three's are Gift Cards.

I remember back at TCGplayer some folks didn't like The Path of Destiny because of the chance factor. "It could get yourself killed" is not really that strong of an excuse. It will basically always deal 2000 damage, whether you gain/lose LP is only relevant if you can't take a hit while not taking the opponent down with you. Otherwise, it's another big source of damage to end games quicker with. Push comes to shove, it's a luck-based emergency button, that can both help you survive and/or take the opponent down surprisingly.
It certainly exemplifies its cons when a "reverse burn" card isn't out, but typically you hope that doesn't happen too happen.
P.S. A couple of typos: Nightmare Steal Cage -> Nightmare Steel Cage Swords of Remaining Light -> Swords of Revealing Light Upstar Goblin -> Upstart Goblin

woops, guess I shouldn't let chrome fix typos for me. Yah, I've got 6 reverse burn cards that I'll hopefully have out and hopefully it shouldn't make that much of a difference since I'm essentially running 6 Gift Cards, along with all the other random -1000 point cards as well under reverse burn of course.
EDIT: Just opened Soul Taker, Summoner Monk, One Outta Three, Call of the Haunted, Gift Card, and The Paths of Destiny as my starting hand.

Hope your opponent didn't open Veiler. If you opened Simochi or Nurse instead, you'd have no problem getting around Veiler T1.

I'm actually surprised at the number of people that are still not main decking Veilers.

You still wanna be prepared just in case. Try Skill Prisoner for example, like in lieu of One Outta Three for now.

Why Skill Prisoner over One Outta Three?

I mean for the time being, at least in the TCG, since we don't have One Outta Three yet. Otherwise... I'd swap Call of the Haunteds out for Skill Prisoner.

Oh, I play on DN and the cards are already out there. I could swap Coth for Skill Prisoner though.

Do you have a record for this? I faced one today and I'm actually surprised how consistent it is at doing what it does.

Do you have a record for this? I faced one today and I'm actually surprised how consistent it is at doing what it does. I've only used it a couple of times and it's alright when it can go off. Not really something to write home about. The best thing is that I'm essentially running 6 copies of Gift Card and 8 copies of Nurse/Simochi (if I count Summoner Monk for Nurse) which means I can draw into combo pieces really fast.

It's really solid having that, I just wish one could protect nurse more. I find despite her beating BTh, she does seem to get culled often.
