Interesting build, but I don't see a point for Vulcano. Since you don't have any way to activate the effect of an evolsaur (They have to be special summoned by an evoltile and you don't have a single card to do this) I think you should go with Diplo for more attack or Pelta for more defense.
I do feel this deck loses a LOT if you aren't going to make use of any evoltile effect to special summon an evolsaur so you might want to consider Westlo.

Yah I dropped him. Made a ton of edits. The point of the deck isn't really about summoning the Evolsaur or Evoltiles, it's more about getting them into the grave so I can use Evo-Singularity.
Cerato is the beefiest 4 star Evolsaur. Jurrac summons itself from the deck for an easy Rank 4. Lagosucho puts the Ceratos in my grave. Essentially, I kind of want this to play like Heroes if they were Dinos. It's not so much about their effects as it is about getting them in the grave to abuse Evo-Singularity for super easy lockdown.
