First thing that comes to mind is definitely run the 3rd of the other raccoon guy. He needs to be in here, they are great. Also, you might want to cut 1 copy of SNMH as while a nice card, he isn't very good if you flip summon him.

Kalantosa is also a good card to use with the Racoons.

The raccoons and other beast monsters are there to help summon monarchs, closed forest is to prevent stuff like geartown and necrovalley from coming into play

Even using the Raccoons as an engine you shouldn't dismiss Kalantosa. Being able to destroy any card your opponent has on field when Tantan is flipped is seriously good. It also helps make sure the Monarch summons go through by targeting backrow cards primarily.
