On topic: Ah man... I took this to a locals outside of my place, tho just about half an hour away so it wasn't too bad. But what was bad was how little this deck did. Sure I face some pretty smart people and decent decks, matchups this deck lacked sorely in practice and testing. There'll be a lot needed to be done to adapt this deck for the next time. It has the potential, but particular cards just break the thing. Trap Stun in Gishkis gave that deck the win against me. Timely Spellbook of Wisdom allowed Breaker to pop Imperial Iron Wall and open the gate for Spellbook of Fate. Timely use of Mystical Space Typhoon prevent me from my field being nuked by Black Rose, etc. There's a lot I need to do to make sure it doesn't look that bad.
Despite that though, it definitely annoyed the opponents enough to verbally bring it up. Minor consolation I guess. I may need to see if I should be a bit more focused in the card choices. I could build this deck two ways after all. DEF.OTK or control.DEF
We'll see where we'll go from here.
