Here is my try at Heraldic Beasts: I'm still not sure about veilers or Fiendish chain... that is why my extra deck don't have at least one level 5 and one level 8 synchro.

Does Tempest conflict with Aberconway and do the Rulers in general conflict with Advanced Art?

Otherwise I don't see their own SS effects used unless the R7 is really needed.

But yes... the dragon rulers will be something to use only if needed... and to discard. I know that tempest isn't the best but I do plan on using one wind monster that it is only good in the graveyard...
