I have the feeling that you have the wrong new gravekeeper. Ambusher needs to be flipped faced-up and destroied... and I have a feeling that we are still going to see enough effects that destroy monsters before flipping then face-up.
I would rather use one or two gravekeeper's Shaman.
Also... Maybe a third PoD is better than allure of darkness.
And I would try, at least, one copy of the new spell... but about that I can't add much more.
Also... torrential Tribute in there might not be the better card to have... as you need a GK and Necrovalley to use Tombs.

Added the two Shaman. What are your thoughts on Heretic and Nobleman?
I have no idea as to what I'd take out for temple.
On Torrential, it's needed at times.

Heretic can be a bitch to deal with if you can't get a monster on board that is bigger than his 1800.

If you can protect the new spell, Nobleman can be good... I feel that he isn't good... like ambusher, he has a good effect but with big limitations... you can't suicide him... and that alone is a bad thing. Heretic can be good but he will need the spell to be protected. I would say for you to try at one instead of ambusher... I would say that he might be great in the side deck. Just way for those decks that are full of traps that rely on small monsters.

Ambusher can trigger if he's ran over, a floater in his own right. Can grab dead copies of Necrovalley too, which is a boon in the late game.
Heretic can be pretty boss considering the kind of backrow the deck can muster up. My only issue is that 1800 is still kinda small... 1900 would've given him more viability, since you can't buff him at all.
Maybe try Priestess? She can help fulfill both portions of the new Necrovalley cards if the board is lacking a field spell card, and that 200 buff is actually useful in a lot of situations.
I haven't yet tried Nobleman so I'll have to get you back on that one.

I didn't realize this till it was pointed out to me, but the wording on Ambusher actually lets you get Temple or Tombs back as well.

Its why I try a copy or two. And maybe it can also see use with stuff that uses 0 DEF.

Recurring Nightmare and Masked Chameleon? Only things that came to mind when you said that.

Don't forget Secret Sect Druid Dru. Bring back Ambusher, and make the new Downerd Magician before the Battle Phase! Double DARK monsters also mean Master Key Beetle.
Of course, Necrovalley hampers it in general, but there'll be times where such a play can be useful.

Master Key is so much a BAMF. He was the MVP of my Inzektor extra deck on YGO Day.

One of my new deck projects (hopefully will be up here soon) really likes to use him. And revisiting some old decks on DN got me some ideas I had before that I've forgotten.
