Couple things wrong with this:
1- You have 2 Cards of Consonance but only 1 viable target for its cost. You need a Dragon Tuner with 1000 or less attack and you have 3 tuners, only 1 has the proper attack.
2- You're playing Dragon Shrine without any Normal Dragons. While it can be done, that is not the best use of the card.
3- If this is meant to be a Disaster Dragon deck, you are missing out on the part where Disaster is used to slow the game and control your opponents actions. LaDD can help here, but it is not enough. There needs to be a trap line-up that helps too.

Apocralyph helps with CoC, as for traps, I have yet to figure out which traps I should be using. This was just a skeleton to start with and adjust as I go.

Even using Apocralyph 1 target does not make Consonance a good idea. Using Debris for a synchro is far preferable to getting 2 new cards in every situation I can think of.
As for a trap line, some basics are a good place to start. Solemn Warning, BTH, Compulsory, Torrential, Fiendish Chain, Mirror Force. All good ideas and fairly usual to see in Disaster builds.
