Trade in sounds like a good option to have here.

oooxp. Royal Decree is a good option for this Deck, but until I've tested this Deck I'll be siding it. However I already have the protective abilities of King Dragun and Azure-Eyes Silver Dragon, plus I have Darkstorm Dragons S/T destruction ability, as well as Hieratic Sun Dragon Overlord of Heliopolis to get rid of any backrow cards. bystander. I was looking for something to give this Deck some Draw Power, and with all the LV8 monsters I have for Exceed Summons I can use them with Trade-In for Draw Power/Deck Thinning. 3x Blue-Eyes White Dragon 2x Divine Dragon Ragnarok Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon 2x Darkstorm Dragon 3x Maiden with Eyes of Blue 2x Parsec, the Interstellar Dragon 2x Radius, the Half-Moon Dragon 2x Summoner Monk 2x The Dark - Hex-Sealed Fusion 2x Tour Guide From the Underworld 3x The White Stone of Legend 2x Versago the Destroyer 3x Dragon Shrine 3x Dragon's Mirror 3x Silver's Cry 2x Trade-In 2x Call of the Haunted Castle of Dragon Souls Extra Deck: Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon Dragon Master Knight Five Headed Dragon 3x King Dragun 3x Azure-Eyes Silver Dragon Hieratic Sun Dragon Overlord of Heliopolis Number 17: Leviathan Dragon 2x Queen Dragun Djinn Thunder End Dragon Wind-Up Zenmaines Side Deck: Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon Neo Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon Number 46: Dragulon Number 62: Galaxy-Eyes Prime Photon Dragon Number 107: Galaxy-Eyes Tachyon Dragon So this is where the Deck stands now. Depending on how the Deck works out when I get it assembled IRL I may (emphasise may), have some updates for it. Since I have no problem getting access to Divine Dragon Ragnarok with cards like Dragon Shrine, Silver's Cry, and Azure-Eyes Silver Dragon there'll probably be no need for the Summoner Monk Combo so all I'd need is the Tour Guide combo for getting access to King Dragun and Dragon Master Knight. I could drop Summoner Monk and Queen Dragun Djinn and put in another 2 LV8 Xyz cards such as Number 62 and Number 107, I could also put in a couple of GEPD's in place of Summoner Monk so I have some extra LV8 Exceed Material and I can give Neo GEPD and Number 62 their full power when using them.

I'm still not feeling radius and parsec, thoughts on heliosphere, hes a 1900 DEF 4 star light dragon that came out in primal origin..? Also, while I see why you specifically use the dark hex, would it not make more sense to let versago fill that role and opt for the light hex?
your s/t I do not mind but I think you should drop a silvers for a forbidden lance, it's proven invaluable for me personally.

I'm 50/50 on Parsec and Radius myself, but if I dropped them for Heliosphere Dragon (which I must admit is quite impressive), I lose 2 LV8's for Trade-In but not my access to my LV8 Xyz cards. The only thing that gets me about Parsec mainly is that he isn't a Normal Dragon. As for Versago and Dark Hex, it's Versago that's the main fusion substitute because I can substitute him for anything, Dark Hex is the secondary substitiute because with AESD or Silver's Cry to revive Ragnarok I can summon Dark Hex and use it's effect to summon King Dragun straight from the Extra Deck, but once Dark Hex is in the grave I can substitute it for anything, Light Hex is no good to me becsuse I can't use it on the field with Ragnarok.

Update. With what Yoh Kohmori said about Parsec, Radius, and Heliosphere I had a look into it. If I was to drop Parsec and Radius I lose 4 Xyz materials, 2 of which I can use with Trade-In. However like I said in my last post Parsec isn't a Normal Dragon, and also to make Radius a LV8 my opponent has to be controlling an Xyz monster. So after a bit of thinking I decided if I dropped Parsec and Radius, I could replace them with Heliosphere Dragon and Hieratic Seal of the Sun Dragon Overlord, that way I've only lost half my Trade-In material and gained a Normal Dragon, and my opponent doesn't have to be controlling an Xyz monster for me to make Heliosphere Dragon a LV8. Another reason for this is because no doubt I'll end up fusing my 3 BEWD's into BEUD leaving me 3 Normals down, that's why Parsec not being a Normal Dragon concerned me.

I'd cut sun dragon egg thing and a darkstorm for red eyes darkness metal dragon and perhaps debris dragon to make rank 4 options like diagusto emeral a little more often (I know I previously made cuts to your rank 4 plays but at the same time you need some access to that but not as much as you had.

REDMD should always be considered for dragon decks.

These days with REDMD it depends on the kind of Dragon Deck I'm building because the last 3 Dragon Decks I've built only 1 in 3 of them really required it. In Dragon King's I rarely saw it in play because all my Fusion and Xyz strategies were keeping my opponents at bay, in Dragunitics it was 1 of the main summons through Hieratic Dragon King of Atum, and in Twilight/Chaos Disaster the Lightsworns, Synchro Summons, and Judgment Dragon were doing the majority of the work. If this was a Dragon Rulers Deck then he'd be in here without question, the same goes if this was the older version of this Deck when I'd use REDMD, Prime Material Dragon, and King Dragun to protect me when I'd be setting up my OTK strategy.

I've finally got this Deck constructed IRL, and I will be giving it a test run this weekend at the local tournament. However I've had to go back to Parsec and Radius for the time being because when Yoh Komori reccomended Heliosphere Dragon I'd already placed my order and I can't get Heliosphere in time for this weekend.

No that Deck isn't my current build. The Deck in my last post is what I'm currently using, it's now completed IRL. After what you, me, and bystander had been discussing I decided to drop Summoner Monk and QDJ so that I could put in GEPD, Number 62, and Number 107. However like I said in my last post I'm going to stick with Parsec and Radius for the time being because I can't get hold of Heliosphere Dragon in time for the weekend.

Update. His roar is certainly starting to be heard again. I duelled against a duel friend of mine today with the Millenium Duels version of this Deck, and the updated version against his Ghostricks, and although they didn't win they put up 1 hell of a fight. Number 62 made an appearance with the help of Silver's Cry and King Dragun but my opponent drew Dark Hole, and when Number 62 returned 2 turns later he used CED. However the biggest problem I was facing was Ghostrick Mansion because all the ATK points I was sending my opponents way and it all kept getting halved, and my opponent was still allowed to do full damage.
I have though found something to sort out the problem with Parsec and Radius. Don't get me wrong I like Parsec because I only need a LV8 on the field which with this Deck is no problem, but with Radius to get the most out of his effect my opponent has to have an Xyz on the field and today that didn't happen as much as I'd hoped. However I've found 2 Dragons with similar effects to Parsec and Radius but with these 2 I can get the most out of their effects easier. 1 of them is Heliosphere Dragon which has already been recommended to me, the other is Schwarzschild Limit Dragon. With Heliosphere I can make it a LV8 once a turn, and with Schwarzschild I can Special Summon it when my opponent has a monster with 2000 or higher ATK which is most likely to happen. So it's a case of vice-versa, the LV8 has a special summon requirement, and the LV4 is a normal summon but can become LV8 until the end of the turn, but with these 2 it's much easier to get the most out of their effects.

Update. This Deck is really showing some potential, but I have now swapped out Parsec and Radius for Heliosphere and Schwarzschild, although I have kept Parsec and Radius on the side for the time being because I do face opponents who use low ATK Archetypes and Xyz monsters as well as opponents who use 2000 ATK or above monsters. I've also added Forbidden Lance to my side and Rank-Up-Magic Barian's Force, plus a few extra Rank 8 Xyz monsters and a CXyz monster hence why I added Barian's Force. i.imgur.com/VrqHKdu.png3x Blue-Eyes White Dragon 2x Divine Dragon Ragnarok Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon 2x Darkstorm Dragon 2x Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon 2x Heliosphere Dragon 3x Maiden with Eyes of Blue 2x Schwarzschild Limit Dragon 2x The Dark - Hex-Sealed Fusion 3x The White Stone of Legend 2x Tour Guide From the Underworld 2x Versago the Destroyer 3x Dragon Shrine 3x Dragon's Mirror 3x Silver's Cry 2x Trade-In 2x Call of the Haunted Castle of Dragon Souls Extra Deck: Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon Dragon Master Knight Five Headed Dragon 3x King Dragun 3x Azure-Eyes Silver Dragon Hieratic Dragon of Heliopoils Number 107: Galaxy-Eyes Tachyon Dragon Number 17: Leviathan Dragon Number 62: Galaxy-Eyes Prime Photon Dragon Thunder End Dragon Wind-Up Zenmaines Side-Deck: 2x Parsec, the Interstellar Dragon 2x Radius, the Half-Moon Dragon Forbidden Lance Rank-Up-Magic Barian's Force Divine Dragon Knight Felgrand Neo Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon Number 40: Gimmick Puppet of Strings Number 46: Dragulon Number 9: Dyson Sphere Number C107: Neo Galaxy-Eyes Tachyon Dragon
