That just seems like way too many lv8s.

let met be the first to ask what are you aiming for regarding this build. Second, you cannot run a consistent "princess" build without Gigaplant. 1 lonefire doesn't not cut it.
1 Lonefire 1 Spore 1 Dandylion 1 Copy Plant * Underated * 1 Gigaplant 2/3 Crane Crane * personally Preference.
If your going to run Jelly Beam run 1- Rabbit. But I see no point, if so run Number 49: Fortune Tune
1 Tytannial 1 Talaya 2 Chirubime * Marina is run in very specific builds.
Regarding the trade-in engine with level 8's isn't consistent. None the less I'm not sure on what your needs are.

I have to agree you're a bit Over the Hedge with the LV8's. Take this Plant Template, it's lower on the LV8's and it has other stuff you can work with. I've taken out all the restricted cards, but I'll leave to you. Good Luck
3x Botanical Lion Dandylion 2x Debris Dragon 2x Gigaplant Lonefire Blossom 3x Lord Poison 2x Twilight Rose Knight 3x Tytannial, Princess of Camellias
2x Mark of the Rose 2x Miracle Fertilizer Mystical Space Typhoon Swords of Revealing Light
Bottomless Trap Hole Mirror Force Torrential Tribute 2x Wall of Thorns
Extra Deck
3x Black Rose Dragon 3x Queen of Thorns
Restricted Cards:
Debris Dragon(Change for Spore) 2x Lonefire Blossom(Change for Copy Plant) Brain Control(Changed for Mind Control) Giant Trunade(Change for MST/Night Beam) Heavy Storm(Change for MST/Night Beam) Monster Reborn(Change for One for One) 2x Bottomless Trap Hole(Change for D. Prison/CED) 3x Solemn Judgment

Since WhiteLightning1 used the name of my own plant build in his comment, I will say that Hedge Guard is also underrated. Very useful in Meliae builds as its a Crane target for 1-card Meliae, and if in hand can keep a Meliae on field. At least through 1 attack. Meliae will easily help get to, and get back Princesses.

Hey, now I'm confused since Fox had cut the Marina all together with his adjustments. So which team; Talaya or Marina?

My guess is he was speaking generally despite being of a different opinion in his own deck.

That's the other thing he mentions using 1 Tytannial and 1 Talaya in his Meliae build. Or at least on my deck thread that's what it sounded like.

Talaya over Marina for one reason
"If exactly 1 other Plant-Type monster you control" I love this idea with Black Garden and pollinosis. However she isn't flexible as Talaya.
